CPR Cell Phone Repair Edwardsville

I took my computer here for screws. It was working perfectly fine. They tried to convince me i needed new wires and a new fan. I denied the fan knowing it was perfectly fine, but agreed for him to work on the wires seeing they were slightly loose. I did not even get the screws and had to get them from lowes. The next two weeks my computer was completely malfunctioning and now it is completely dead. Broken mother board from him messing with my computer when it was not needed. I paid $ 65 dollars for them to break my computer and anther $ 500 for a new computer. Do not go here. The try to get money out of you then break your electronics.

I’ve had the worst experience ever here. I went in to get a lcd display screen replaced on a MacBook Pro. I was told an estimate for price ($ 380) and how long it’ll take (3−5business days). As a college student I was happy about the price, location and saw good reviews for CPR. However, I was so wrong. I didn’t receive my computer until almost two months later. I was lied to by employees, stating that I was «important» and that they were trying to rush the process. They claimed at one point the tech quit after I gave them my computer then later stated the tech quit before I even came. No one had the decency to contact me about any updates, I was constantly calling to the point the behaved as if I was annoying them. After contacting corporate, the owner of the edwardsville and fairview heights locations contacted me. At first it seemed that he was unaware of the situation and genuinely apologetic about it all. That was until the employees once again lied to me about the whereabouts of my computer and I tried to contact him. I then realized that they just wanted me to be «grateful» my computer was being fixed and that I was going through any turmoil caused by them. Due to their carelessness my computer was wiped cleaned so that they could give it to another customer who didn’t realize it wasn’t theirs and preceded to use my computer for a week. They tried to give me that customers’ computer under the assumption that I wouldn’t check that it was mines. When I finally received my computer I saw that things were changed and the manager claimed that when I sign in everything would go back to normal. When I attempted to contact the owner again I was ignored by him and his employees.

They had great costumer service and were very friendly & easy to talk to. They fixed my destroyed phone screen in an hour and it was perfect! I highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with my experience. I came in with an iphone6 that the screen had shattered inside a lifeproof case (Which is supposed to be drop proof). Dan quoted me a fair price and promised to have the phone done in thirty minutes. I asked what I could do to keep this from happening again. He offered a tempered glass and gave me a discount for purchasing it as the same time as the repair. When I came back thirty minutes later, my phone was ready, checkout was easy and the total cost was less than I expected it to be. I will recommend them to be everyone I know.
