Camera Craftsmen

This place should serve as the gold standard by which all other service-​oriented businesses are judged.
John Sedeski is, first and foremost, a first rate technician. He worked on my Canon 40D two years ago and on my Canon 5D this summer, both times while I was working at an area summer camp as a photographer.
His turnaround time is as good as it gets. Period. He had my 40D repaired in a day.
His level of customer service and communication is outstanding. I never had to wonder what the status of my repair was (the 5D took a couple of weeks). When the 5D was completed, he quickly shipped it to my home in Florida, insured and with signature required.
I hope I never have to use a camera repairman again but, if I do, it will be Camera Craftsman and John Sedeski.
