Bailey Cakes

I gave them a picture of a cake I wanted made for a baby shower. It exceeded my expectations! It was a beautiful Sweet Pea cake. Great job! I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

Laura at Bailey Cakes is amazing to work with! The cupcakes they made were PERFECT — exactly what we were imagining for our Gender Reveal Skype Party! When we sent the requested designs of the toppers, Laura said that the tiaras would be too difficult to make with fondant and suggested using white chocolate (an even better idea!). I look forward to ordering from Bailey Cakes again!

Adorable bakery with delicious cupcakes and amazing-​looking cakes. Talked with the owner about ordering custom cookies for a bridal shower and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. While going over the details of the cookies I couldn’t help but notice the enormous cupcakes in dreamy flavors like caramel apple pie. I ended up leaving with a box of six different flavors, shared with my family of course. They were amazing. I will definitely be back!

I’d heard reports about a new «sweets» place on Main St. Walking in, I discovered a rather spare interior (not the kind of place you’d really «eat in»). A brief conversation with the exceptionally friendly person behind the counter revealed that the main revenue stream is derived from special order cakes. I asked about gluten free, and learned that there’s been experimentation with brownies and such, but no confidence about GF cakes, at least not yet. Walk-​ins like me can choose from a variety of relatively large cookies and cupcakes. I asked for the last chocolate-​raspberry cupcake @ $ 3.75, which was placed in a nifty clear plastic snap-​shut container, XL-​cupcake sized. After toting it back to my place of employ, and opening said container, I applied a fork, and chewed. I’m not a cupcake critic, but judge it excellent: fresh, moist, nary a crumble, and rich chocolate flavor. If I were a dessert kind of person, then I might be a more frequent visitor. Bailey Cakes is near a number of venerable Main St. businesses, so certainly is worth checking out if you’re in the area.
