If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I should have known when I first walked in, when I felt I welcomed to go somewhere else. I could tell she was trying to dismiss me quickly and she told me it would take a long time BEFORE she even knew how many items I had or looked at my two garments. I went back to get my clothes after the week and she was so rude about how she meant she needed two weeks, which is when I said I initially told her I needed to have in order to wear to an event .She was so rude that I immediately grabbed my items and left her business to go to the other alteration place nearby. I also normally don’t write too many reviews but I felt compelled to do it after this experience.

I’ve used Afsaneh’s for a handful of items through the years. You go in, you put on your item (s) in one of the two dressing rooms, then Afsaneh has you climb the stairs onto a pedestal to get measured and pinned. You’ll get a little claim ticket/​receipt, and a date to pick up your item. I’ve had suit coats and slacks altered, and the cutting and seaming work is great. Only one mistake, which really was just a misunderstanding (waist one-​inch OUT from the pin, not one-​inch IN). it was corrected at no charge.
