This place was closed for a while, but it seems to back up and going. I had the grilled chicken, it was excellent. It comes with some small samples of other apps, but the peanut sauce really makes the dish. They had drink specials, but I was just after the food.

My husband and I came here on 12⁄10 and had a great experience! The service was so very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and portions were huge! We both got the grilled chicken, and all of the flavors were perfect. They also have draft beer for $ 2 all day, every day! So, for two grilled chickens and two beers, it was only $ 25 before tip. Such a great deal for this valley! We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing food for a great price and excellent service. We are 100% satisfied! The phở is very good, they brought plenty of fresh basil and sprouts etc. We had the Vietnamese egg rolls to start, they were delicious! They even brought us a special little taster dish that we didn’t order. And $ 2 draft beers and $ 3 wine. Can’t beat this place!

Henry’s phở is just awesome. The food is fast yet amazingly delicious, great value for money and lovely lovely people. Including Henry he is lovely. They are just about to update the menu for «the season» so please stop by here to enjoy the deliciousness and authenticity.

Want to like this place, but just can’t. Poor food quality. Food sent back. Very limited menu. Loud TVs, etc, etc. There are better option in Edwards and rest of the Valley.

I love Phở — but, not Henry’s. the meat in the Phở was substandard –actually it was bad –the broth was weak — the basil leaves were black and limp — Saturday evening and a large TV with football on — loudly. which, I guess was ok, because the place was virtually empty

I am a huge fan of Henry’s Phở and Grill, as well as Henry’s Chinese Café. Originally from Seattle, I had the pleasure of growing up around many phở restaurants. Henry’s Phở and Grill serves some of the best phở I have ever had. Hands down, the best option in the Vail Valley.
The restaurant is very clean and the seating arrangements allow for privacy in the booths or a more social experience closer to the bar. The furniture and décor are beautiful and the lighting is always perfect for the time of day and mood.
I have enjoyed other items from the menu and appreciate the presentation, as well as the taste. As a local here in the Vail Valley, I am at Henry’s Phở and Grill often and the experience has been consistently marvelous!

Staff was friendly the second we walked into the door. I have lived in Vietnam and thought it was interesting that the place was called Henry’s Phở and Grill. Tried not to set my expectations too high but they were more than met. We had Phở and the veggie egg rolls. Food was fantastic and quick just like in Vietnam. Prices were good and you can’t beat the Fat Tire pint for 2.75!!! This is unheard of around this area. I hope this place takes off and is successful. Definitely worth the time and money.
