PC Fix – Edmonds

Brought older tower in with no connection to Internet and invalid copy of Windows 7. Dave backed up data, wiped disk, and loader correct version of Windows. Works fine now.

I had a very disappointing experience with PC Fix Edmonds but am giving them a great review for several reasons. 1: I’ve used this company before and it’s been great. I reviewed the Lake City location last year. 2: They handled the situation professionally and I really appreciated it. A little professionalism and customer service goes a long way. I ended up getting my computer fixed somewhere else because they had some staffing issues but honestly, I’d return to them again. The management was very helpful and stayed on the issue till it was resolved.

Extremely impressed with the customer service here at the Edmonds location. I dealt with Matt and he could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. My aging Toshiba laptop croaked very suddenly, so I took it in for a diagnosis. He was quickly able to determine that it would probably take several days and over $ 100 to fix. I opted to forgo the fix and put the money toward a new laptop.
With no heavy sales pitch, he showed me a little HP laptop that he was in the process of refurbishing (it was formerly a Microsoft laptop). I immediately liked the sturdiness of it and when he added that the brand new hard drive would have a full 5 year warranty, well I jumped at it. Sold. He even offered to transfer all the data from my old Toshiba and then recycle it as part of the deal.
I’m extremely happy with the new laptop… probably the nicest one I’ve ever owned. And I would never hesitate to go back and see Matt with any future computer needs. Highly recommend these folks if you’re in need of repairs, advice or a new machine.

I went into PC Fix in Edmonds because my (newer) laptop was not coming fully on. I explained what was occurring to Matt who immediately figured out what was happening and was able to get my computer up and going in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very reassuring. This was my second experience with PC Fix and I have been very satisfied with both. Thank you, Matt and PC Fix!

I had a couple of issues with my personal PC and Matt was able to remote onto my PC and resolve my problems within 15 minutes! He was very professional and helpful in resolving my PC problems which enabled me to get back up and running right away. What a relief! I’ve used PC Fix in the past and have always been pleased with the help they give and will use them again.

Worked with Matt remotely and he was masterful at diagnosing my computer slowness. Was super easy to remote connect and he had me working much better in no time flat. Wish all service companies were this awesome. Thanks Matt.
