I had the pleasure of working with Tom Reber on behalf of Park Richmond Condominium Association. I explained to Tom the importance of saving our senior community money which he genuinely understood. He communicated this to the team that worked on our sewage and water issues. I found working with Praneet and Rob they were very friendly and totally understood our situation. From the very beginning Praneet and Rob worked with me to be sure to safely get their truck through our gate. They did an excellent job efficiently and ultimately saved us money. On a personal we connected and that is rare these days. Rob has just had his first son who is 3 months old that he was eager to spend time with after his day’s work. Praneet ran the big truck and answered any questions I had. When leaving we worked together to stop traffic so that Pranett could safely exit the gate. It was a wonderful experience and it was obvious they cared about doing a superb job. I highly recommend Innovac for commercial or residential services.
