Disappointing Had lunch here today. The décor is nice and the service was good. My lamb kebab was not particularly flavorful and contained 3 or 4 tiny pieces. of lamb, I was essentially eating a bowl of rice for 8.95. My wife had goulash and she said it was ok. The bread was excellent but all in all not a place we are rushing back to anytime soon. If i could id give 2.5 stars.

I had the stroganoff, my husband had the lamb with rice pilaf. We also had an order of the garlic naan and two samosas. Everything was excellent. The service was very quick. This is not a «glamorous» spot. It’s perfectly nice but doesn’t compete with the aesthetics of some of Seattle’s nicer restaurants. The food, however, was spectacular. We’ll be going back. Also, pretty close to the Shoreline Costco, so great place to grab a bite before/after a shopping trip.

Food was delicious! I need to go back so I can try more things. The spreads they have are fantastic.

Was hesitant to come here at first. The restaurant is in an odd location and doesn’t appear to be anything special from the outside. So happy I decided to give it a try! Some of the best food I have had. The extensive menu was great, and I can’t wait to come back and try more items. Everything I had was amazing! Plus, the staff was extremely friendly.

I really wanted to love Caravan Kebab. I live up the road, and have been looking forward to coming here for months after seeing that it was nearby on Unilocal.A couple of moths ago, I ordered takeout from here– the Kashke Bademjan spread, pita, and the Horiataki salad. All were delicious and the perfect light dinner. Cut to today, my boyfriend and I decided it was about time we went in for a sit down meal. He ordered the Polish Dumplings, and I had the Falafel Sandwich. The restaurant was empty save for one woman finishing her meal, and our order was taken promptly. It took a while for the food to come out, which was okay because I assumed they were making everything fresh. When our food came out, the first thing I noticed was that the dumplings looked identical to the frozen store bought ones that I frequently buy for lazy night dinners in. They tasted good but I am 99.9% sure that they were not made in house, which is disappointing! And, he said they were slightly cold in the center. My sandwich was a letdown, to say the least. It was 75% dry, powdery falafel, with a few tomatoes and cucumbers, and the tiniest dash of tatziki and feta. The foil it came in was warm, but the falafel was not– it was definitely not made fresh, and was most likely microwaved. You’d think a middle eastern restaurant would excel at a dish like this, but they fell short by a long shot. I don’t know that I will return, even for the spreads. I’m better off making all the above from scratch.

Little Indian/Middle Eastern eatery in a Victorian style converted house(or looks like it). Cute, weird, clashy, in a good kind of way. Very very solid 4 stars… even 4.5. Probably the best Indian place left open in Edmonds, which isn’t saying much — there isn’t a lot of competition. The buttered chicken was solid, but the matta paneer is so delish I didn’t get to take a photo before the entire thing was inhaled. The garlic naan is also amazing — fresh and hot out of the tandoori, just a little crusty around the edges, as authentic as it comes. The samosas was covered in an interesting cream sauce and a spicy sauce blend. It’s not what I’m used to, but super good. The place has a lot of difference influences from the region. Pakistan, Armenia, and Indian. I really dig it and would recommend to anyone who is looking for something a bit more authentic.

Hands down Caravan Kebab has the best kebab Edmonds. Their cultural cuisine tastes and feels healthy thanks to fresh ingredients. Their warm atmosphere and service will definitely make you come back time and time again. My families favorite dishes include: Baba Ghanouj, Persian Salad, Caravan Kebab Special, Chicken Boti Kebab, Haandi(lamb) Curry, and fresh mint ice cream.

I Not sure which one is the best… the food or the service! We were greeted immediately when we walked in, waited a brief moment as they put tables together for our party and sat down for a fantastic meal. We started with horiatiki salad — - presented as beautifully as it was delicious. I got to share and taste chicken tikki masala, shah karma, and lamb tagline. My favorite was the tikki masala. On the side, we ordered Garlic Naan It was served freshly made hot, which made it more delicious… yes, nan can be delicious. Then, we followed up with dessert… we shared fresh mint ice cream and carrot hula… WOW. what a way to top off a great meal. You really need to experience the great service and delicious meals. We will be back again and again

We vary rarely write reviews, because we don’t eat out that often. However, my wife and I have both traveled a bit, and our favorite place is India. We stopped in after working all day(general contractor, so by the end of a long weekend we’re pretty exhausted), and this quickly became a favorite. The food is absolutely marvelous and we could not have been happier. I’d be willing to bet everything is made in-house, as we have not been brought back to our favorite place in quite sometime. The couple working, presumably the owners, treated us as guests in their home, and we felt so refreshed to sit and simply enjoy. What a treat, and place I would recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic.

Very nice atmosphere(not fancy, but very welcoming… seems family owned) and delicious food. The only negative was that food cost a little more than expected for the area. On the other hand, we mentioned it was our first time and they gave us free baklava. Nice folks!

Amazing food and great service. I had a wonderful time and so did my friends. By the looks of the other diners everyone gets the same wonderful service and food. Kabobs are excellent, the Nan is fresh out of the oven, and my Chai Tea was so tasty! Also, we received complementary Baklava for dessert.

Why isn’t this place slammed? It is a bit off the beaten path but seriously people? The mix of Mediterranean and East Asian cuisine is strange but it somehow works. For the money per plate this place is fantastic! Nice quiet place with more than ample parking. Great service and very good food!

Not a bad rendition of Indian food. We had Saag Paneer and Lamb Jalfrazi lunch special. We ordered medium-spicy, but I would’ve called it mild. It’s pretty hard to judge what it is people mean by «mild, medium, hot», so I don’t fault them for that. The Saag Paneer was amazing, and the lamb was nice and tender. Takeout service was a little awkward and our naan was a bit burnt, but I could see this being a great spot in Edmonds for a sit down dinner.

This place is great. A bit spendy but check their website as they often post coupons like bogo deals. We love the lamb but what we really come here for is their salads! We always get the Persian salad — cranberry, pine nuts & pomegranate molasses? In a salad? Sign me up! We’ve had their pita with spread and it’s very good. Their Samosas were a bit under cooked both times we had them so we stopped ordering them. The Munk Soup is killer and they can prepare paneer here like they invented the stuff. If you’re looking for a good place with quality ingredients that has many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free offerings I would highly recommend these people. A few hiccups here and there with some items but overall I’ve never left not satisfied & I keep coming back so even when something goes wrong the rest more than makes up for a doughy samosa or over seasoned chicken tikka masala.

One of the best places I ever ate at. After a long day of hunger, we decided to give this place a shot. At first, it might be not obvious to see the place. After we got in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were asked to sit wherever we liked. First, we looked at their menu which was very easy to follow. We decided to go with Lentil Soup, and Tikka masala. Both tasted amazing, and their Chai has a different taste which made it really tasty. Service, food, and the place would make me come back again.

There’s not many things more frustrating than going to a restaurant that’s *supposed* to be open for another hour, to my to find it closed. It’s even worse after a work out. Keep your hours straight, please.

Fantastic little gem in Edmonds. Location is hard to spot unless you are looking for it. The menu has its share of curries and standard mediterranean food, but also a lot of unique dishes I had never even heard of. I tried the Lebanese Muhamara(?) dip and pita, along with the Turkish panini. My husband had the beef kebab plate. Everything was so fresh, presented well and put together with care and attention to detail. The meat was so tender and seasoned to perfection. Every item we tried was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back and trying something else new!

Hidden gem in Edmonds. This place is easy so easy to miss and in such a random location! It’s great though and very glad we tried it. We tried a date milkshake(banana, date, brown sugar) and it was amazing. I assumed it would be too sweet but it was light and fluffy. We ordered one if the dips with pita bread, the Lebanese one which was amazing. Also an order or dolmas which I’m not usually a fan of but these were great! We got the chicken tikka masala which was good but not fantastic. We ordered medium spice but they might have given is mild instead. Finally we had the homemade mint ice cream which was great. Surprisingly all that came to $ 37 so I would say the prices are pretty reasonable. We will definitely go back.
