ZEN Massage & Health center

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. Here are the low-​lights.
— They were unaware of an appointment I made 2 weeks prior, and confirmed.
— They made us drive the associate from the boulevard location to the Broadway store.
— The couples massage we ordered was in separate rooms.
— The two «massage therapist» could not speak any English.
— They did not ask us any questions about what we wanted or needed prior to beginning.
— We didn’t sign anything, they made us pay with cash and didn’t provide any sort of receipt.
— They physically took my underwear off even after I tried to explain that I was more comfortable with them on.
— They LEFT THE ROOM 4 times during the massage.
— Once to get oil, which was COLD… second to get hot stones that they randomly used for like 2 minutes… Third to get a large bucket of water and towels…
And lastly because someone came into the store to purchase a gift card and there was no one else to help them.
— The massage overall was nothing an untrained individual couldn’t do. They spent way to much time lightly doing the back and when I asked to roll over so they had time to do the front they made me roll back to my back.
— After the massage they asked me for a tip.
YEAH RIGHT. I wanted a REFUND but couldn’t even get that across.
