Typical big box store. It does have most things I need, which I find myself, without seeing many employees around. The garden department employees have been helpful and friendly once I have found one to help me. I have gotten a few quotes from various departments from here over the years (tilework, cabinetry, stuff like that) and with exception of flooring, the installation fees are WAY overpriced compared to local, private contractors.
One thing I do like is that they have this really high-​speed public wifi. That may sound like a weird thing to mention in regards to a Lowes, but it is REALLY helpful when you are doing price comparison shopping!

Poor customer service staff. Couldn’t find garden staff for ten minutes so head up to customer service and low and behold she didn’t want to help either asking me to go to cashier. That would be fine if there was a cashier at register. Only self checks were working.
Head back to customer service lady and she wouldn’t even get up off her chair to give me a receipt for the garden supplies I just purchased. Lazy.
Next I head over to the gate to pick up items. Yay another 10 – 20 min wait for garden staff. Terrible service. Terrible Lowes. Oh and I have a picture of the terrible lazy lady in customer service I’ll post as my proof of visit.

Went to buy a washer and dryer. The salesman was rude and had to be invited to help us. I thought I was at Walmart but the sign said Lowe’s. Glad there are other stores in Edmond that like money. Big Box stores!!!

It’s a big box home improvement retailer. They have nearly everything you will need for your project, but you may have a hard time finding what you’re looking for or anyone to help you. If you know exactly what you are doing and what you need then this place is okay. If you need a little help with your project then I’d recommend a smaller store like Ace.
