My husband and I only go to this IHOP. Each time we go we get above and beyond amazing service. The food is always amazing and meets our expectations taste and pay wise every time.

I visit this IHOP anywhere from 4 to 6 times a month. Most of the time the service is excellent; other times it is good, and only once has it been bad. The service is usually very quick, and I’ve only had to send my order back because of an error once. Considering how often I go there, that’s very good. And the food has always been quite good for the price. The only reason I’m giving this IHOP4 stars instead of 5 is because of the one time I had bad service, which was truly terrible.(The guy’s name is James, so be on the lookout; he’s still employed there.) I placed an order and waited about 40 minutes, with my waiter not visiting me once after that. Eventually a waitress noticed that I hadn’t been attended to, and she found out that my waiter never turned my order into the kitchen. She notified him and he turned my order in, but it came out with items I had requested to left off of my order. Again, my waiter never came around, and the same waitress that tended to me earlier noticed I hadn’t touched my plate. She came by, returned my order to the kitchen, and it was quickly fixed. Then, after finishing my food, I waited for a good 20 minutes on my ticket. At this point I got the feeling my waiter was purposefully avoiding me. I assume he was embarassed or something, because I can’t think of any other reason he would ignore me after so many mistakes on his part. I work in food service myself, so I’m always polite and tip *very* well for good service. The same waitress who had been covering this guy’s butt the whole time noticed and brought me my ticket. My waiter checked me out, and was unable to run my card. I know nothing was wrong with my card — something was wrong with their card reader. He said he’d need to get his manager to run the card manually. I was doubtful of this, since I had seen other waiters/waitresses run cards manually without getting their managers to do it. More likely this guy just didn’t know how to manually run the card. Fearing how long it might take him to get the manager(I had been there nearly two hours at this point), I paid with cash and left him a 27 cent tip, which was 27 more cents than he deserved. The next week I went in and got the waitress who had been so helpful that time, and gave her a $ 12 tip on my $ 8 order. She’s a short Asian girl, with black, neck-length hair. If you get her and she gives you good service tip her well because she deserves it.

I feel a little awkward giving 4 stars to IHOP, and yes, I’m grading on a curve. IHOP isn’t some swanky little diner, no, it’s a chain and this particular location, compared to other IHOP locations, is like the Ritz Carlton of IHOPs. This is the preferred spot for my friends and myself to go study late at night because we can consume obnoxious amounts of OJ and bacon and pretend all the brain flexing from the calculus burns the calories.(I’ve even been told calories don’t count after midnight…) We always seem to be #blessed with the greatest waiters/waitresses here. Maybe they see us with all of our books and feel bad for us. Or maybe they know we’ll be there awhile constantly ordering short stacks with too much syrup. I really have no clue. But they’re nice. Like reaaaaalllly nice. Plus, I love feeling like I’m 7 again and standing up in the booth to plug my Macbook charger into the ceiling.

I have been to many iHops and the flavor is always the same –awful. The pancakes are very good and mostly anything on their menu that includes sugar is pretty good but if you want a good savory dinner you’re better off heading to Denny’s. The staff is very attentive and quick. This particular ihop is great for late night studying or just getting away from the house for a bit. It’s right by uco and is always lively even into the wee hours.

So, you’ve seen one IHOP, you’ve seen them all, but my meal was really good here and I noticed they could use more stars, so here’s a few well-earned ones! My pancakes were nice and fluffy. Our service was great and the food came out hot, fast and presentable. There were no mistakes in our party of 5 and everyone enjoyed. I’ve been told that there’s usually a long wait because it’s packed out with college kids on their laptops, but I believe it was around finals period, so it was surprisingly light with no wait. Second time coming here… second time was better than the first. Thanks IHOP!

I like this place so much! their staff are very nice! I used to go to this place to eat food and have some coffee while studying. The Strawberry Banana Cream Pie Pancake is my favorite! I am also a huge fan of their omelets and the Never Empty Coffee Pot!
