Very rarely do I hand out 5 stars, but this place deserves it.
You will not find a better gym or better community anywhere in OKC. The staff here is knowledgeable, kind, and funny. The community is uplifting and encouraging. And the workouts are amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. I pass by another CrossFit and 4 gyms just to workout here. It’s that great.

Jason and his staff are the best of the best. They are ready to motivate you and push you to your limit. Wish I lived in the area so I could do workouts there. If you are looking for a gym in Edmond, you must give this a try before going to the usual gym scene. You will learn a lot and be in a fantastic community.
