Berri Licious Frozen Yogurt

Several months ago, this business and its connected neighbor, Café Veranda, changed owners. It’s been a train wreck ever since. The food is not good, the service is less than stellar. They’re argumentative and if you still have a Groupon from the previous owners, the new owners won’t honor it, even though they’re supposed to. When you buy a business, you buy the assets AND liabilities– so it’s your fault you didn’t find out about these, not the customers.
I expect that as their business continues to decline, this place will soon be out of business. Shame, the yogurt is actually good– but for the prices, I’ll go elsewhere.

Organic fro yo… yes and thank you. Finally a place we can enjoy fro yo and its organic. They flavors are great, great atmosphere and great service. I love that its local!!!

This place is adorable and next door to a cute place to get your nails done (Mint); which is what I did! This family owned gig is clean, friendly, laid back, and they have Organic salted caramel frozen yogurt. SOLD!

This place really does have the best tasting yogurt. You can tell a difference in the quality in a good way. I’m a yogurt gal and I’m telling ya, this one beats orange leaf, yogurtland and a lot of others! Try em out!

DeLICIOUS! Berri Licious is FANTASTIC in every way! The frozen yogurt is organic & even has probiotics in it! It’s the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had… hands down. I got the pomegranate & salted caramel today (they even have these little dividers to put in your bowl to separate the flavors if you don’t want them to touch… like me. Lol)…the salty & sweet flavors went GREAT together! I would take one bite of the salty then one bite of the sweet… it was heaven. ;-) They have a toppings bar, but you don’t even need that extra stuff because the yogurt tastes so good by itself already. On top of their product tasting amazing, the setting/​atmosphere is probably the nicest frozen yogurt shop I’ve ever seen. And the owner was extremely friendly… he came from behind the counter to tell me about his product & make me a couple sample cups to try. He wants his customers to have the best experience possible… now that’s how you run a successful business people! After I paid, I even stood there chatting with him for 15 mins… he was very personable & happy to be there. My experience at Berri Licious was so pleasant and tasty that I’m seriously considering going back this evening for more! DeLICIOUS!!!

I took my mom and sister here on a mother daughters date and they loved it! My sister has two boys so the whole frozen yogurt concept was nothing new for her. However, it was my mom’s first time! She thought it was so much fun that there are so many flavors she could choose from and all the toppings she could add. She especially loved those colorful popping tapioca the shop has. We had such a delicious time!

Probably one of the nicest (and cleanest) Frozen Yogurt places we’ve ever been to! Great atmosphere and a nice variety of flavors — especially the Salted Carmel (my new favorite). As it was explained to me, this place utilizes the «live culture yogurt» (not the powdered base that many stores use) and to me it seems much richer and creamier than other yogurt places we’ve been to. Met the owner who educated me on his «water-​cooled machines» over the traditional air cooled models. Maybe a little too techno to some, but this (along with the beautiful place) impressed me as someone who really takes pride in his establishment. It certainly showed as I witnessed him taking the time to speak to many of his guest to make sure they were pleased with their orders. Customer Relations is #1 to me and these folks certainly go the extra mile for their patrons…

Fantastic frozen yogurt! There were lots of different types of flavors that I haven’t seen before. I’ll be back to have some more of the cinna-​bun. The place was nice and clean. We arrived very close to closing time, but they still let us stop in and pick up some tasty treats. The staff was very friendly too.

Berri Licious is Edmond’s best frozen yogurt! All of their yogurt is organic and has live cultures. Always friendly customer service and the owners, Ali and Michelle, are usually there to make sure everyone feels welcome and is satisfied. The place is always clean and the flavors change often for variety. We don’t go anywhere else. Berri Licious is the BEST!
