The experience was outstanding from the time I completed the optional online check-in process right through the discharge. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wait time was nearly nonexistent.

The receptionist, Nia, was very kind and helpful. Dr. Michael Wilson, has a wonderful attitude, and an eagerness to get his patients feeling better. I wish he had his own practice, so we could use him as our primary. I must say, this felt more like a family practice than an urgent care. The wait was less than 15 minutes, and everything ran smoothly.

Checked in online in advance which reduced my wait time. Quickest trip to urgent care I have ever experienced and left with prescriptions to kick my sinus infection. Hope I don’t ever need to come back here but if I do, I will not hesitate to come to this location again. Staff was really nice, dr efficient and nice and place was very clean.

Brought my son in to be seen. The visit was not long at all. The entire staff where all wonderful! The nurse Ronda was great with my toddler and made it easy. Provider Kyle Johnson was great love this place highley recommend Access Medical Center!

After 7 days of being treated, I was not doing well. So First thing in the morning, I called their offices to consult with staff about what I should do. I was told that all medical staff was with patients and they would call me back. I gave them all details, confirmed phone numbers, etc. The entire day went by with no one calling me. I placed a complaint on their corporate website, that nite. I received an email apologizing for them not returning my call, but they told me I’d have to come back in to be reevaluated. What you can’t call an ailing patient in a 12 hr timeframe? Stay away from this place is all I can say.
