Unisex Hair Styling

Terrible store. I showed the stylist the haircut I wanted and he said he knew how to do it perfectly. Then stylist gave me a different hair cut then I wanted and said this one looks better, which it didn’t. I never heard of a stylist that gives their own haircut even though you requested one. It’s like requesting for a mohawk and you get a comb over because they think its better. Their customer service was terrible. They refused to fix. If you’re looking for a decent or good haricut don’t go here.

Pros: takes walk ins and very little wait time. Staff is friendly. Max the guy who cut my hair was pretty detailed
Cons: Max was a little too detailed and there appears to be a small divot in my hair. (Good thing I’m not a hair fanatic for I know in a few days this will grow in). Also the sink to wash hair was dusty

yesterday I wanted a change. so I went there for a cut and color. I called and got a appointment with Natalie. I got there. Waiting a few mins. She finished with her client and left the salon. They saw me still sitting there. They called her back. I sat in her chair. She asked me what I wanted. Super unfriendly to me. I told her what I was thinking. No real convo about it. She mixed my colors came back. Not one word to me while she highlighted my hair. But she did talk to others there plus was always checking her phone. At one point she picked up her phone and talked. Till the manager saw her and told her to get off. Then under the dryer for me which felt like forever! Then to my cut. She said you want to go shorter. I was like yes. That was all. By then I was so over this I just wanted to leave. She cut my hair. (it is now the worst haircut I’ve ever got.) She gave me the little payment slip and said nothing else to me. I went and paid. Then gave my tip to the lady at the desk for her. I didn’t really want to talk to her again and left. How I hate my haircut and color. And can’t wait to have it fixed!!!

The main stylist, Pedro, who has the first seat in the salon… was a genius and an artist with the clippers, scissors and cutting shears.
