Horrible place. Beware. They are overpriced. Took 7 quarters to dry 1 load of laundry. Shame on you for robbing your customers.

Terrible service. I did my laundry there a few times a few years ago because the place is close to my apartment. The washing machines are old but what can you do.
Now I have my own house but my dryer broke so I had no choice but to go there and of course before I can put my laundry to dry this little Chinese woman said I can’t use the machine unless I wash first. WHAT?
I explained that my dryer broke. I’m still going to pay for the dryer use but she didn’t care.

Horrible service!!! We had to pay 5.50 to wash one load of laundry, the more to dry. After an hour, our clothes are still not done drying!!! She said it took 45 minutes and our clothes are still wet!!! She said she refused to give us a refund and there’s nothing she can do about it! She yelled at us the whole time!!! We will NEVER EVER go there again!!! She has special machines for her she said we cannot use them because they are better. Its also very dirty, mold and dirt everywhere!!!
