Best pizza in the area. Staff is very friendly plus they delivery very quick in the Edison area. They do need to upgrade/​renovate there building tho.

Service polite and friendly.
Food good and taste.
Atmosphere comfortable and nice.
We are new customers there and plan on returning more often.

Ordered a small half sausage and onion, and half everything pizza. It was the most flavorful pizza I can remember having in years. The staff was awesome. They chatted with patrons devouring their tasty delights. This was a food stop on our trip from Massachusetts to Florida. It will be a stop on our return trip, also.

Definitely the best pizza in central jersey. Steve and company are great to deal with and the food is always great.

Awesome pizza!!! My fav is the chicken parm pizza! The grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella & roasted pepper sandwich in a home made pita is the best I’ve ever had anywhere!

Very friendly and attentive staff. I usually go for the 3 slice special. The guys who work there are real gentlemen. I’ve never received such good service at a pizza place. The pizza is great too !

On the road was driving back from New England area and went thru Jersey and of course being a Jersey girl just had to stop for pizza!!!
Unilocal brought us here. I was desiring a margarita pizza but Menlo did not have any margarita slices available so the sweet staff member named Elise said the chef could make me a personal 10′ inch pie and happily
I accepted!
The pizza came out with a nice basil aroma and sweet tangy marinara sauce. Kudos to the chef! The staff were wonderfully warm and kind. Elise rocks! **Have fun in Chicago!

Menlo Pizza is awesome. Every time I go in there, everyone is super funny and know how to joke around. If you haven’t been here yet, make sure you run into Jess (the front desk girl) she is awesome and super friendly. Two Thumbs up!!!

Pizza is so good. We ordered «the works» sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, peppers and onions and it was delicious. The sausage is ground sausage and it isn’t like the little pieces that you normally get. So each bite had sausage in it. It wasn’t salty or oily. And the crust was perfect!
Price was $ 18 for a large. Not bad at all. I could only eat one since one slice was very filling! Yay leftovers!
Cannoli is real good. It’s sweet
The cheesecake though was dry and frozen :(((
But other than that i will be eating here again!

Been here twice. Not lately. But every time I’ve gone this place is money! They will put your pizza by the slice on the grill and give the bottom of your crust a nice, fried texture and taste to it. Buffalo chicken is real good here, as is traditional flavors. Every time I come up the area for work this place is an automatic go spot.

Menlo Pizza has great food, great service, and most of all great people. I’m from California where pizza is just pizza. At Menlo Pizza, you don’t just get great food, you get a great experience. You’re treated like family every time and they provide you with nothing less of the best. So stop what you’re doing and go down to Menlo Pizza. You guys were great, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next trip out to Jersey!

Could the food be any better or the people any nicer? Not at all! We had delicious calzones with perfectly baked crusts and a sweetly delicious marinara sauce.
All the people who worked there were outgoing and above and beyond helpful (we came with our one year old). Wish we had a place like this in Virginia, but I see this as uniquely New Jersey in the best way possible.

First time eating there and simply the pizza was just perfect

Great food, friendly staff and a hidden gem!
This place has been open for 40 years and my boyfriend and I never knew about it until we were coming home from a road trip and got hungry. We stopped in the Menlo Park mall to Google search a goo restaurant when we saw this place was open. Staff was hilarious, service was impeccable, all in all this place is two thumbs up!

This place is like going back in time. To a dirty, dusty old pizza place from the 80s. The parking lot looks like downtown Baghdad, chunks of broken asphalt everywhere. So bring your 4×4 and a pair of good boots if you’re stopping by.
The pizza once tasted very well, I have been recently and all I can say is wow. They have completely given up. Just disgusting. The people who answer the phones don’t speak English, and screw your order up. The crust and the cheese is separated by a layer of grease and watery sauce so when you sink your teeth into a slice the cheese comes off leaving u a soggy triangle of pizza crust. I hope the ownership realizes they have fallen off and bring back some quality that this once great pizza parlor was known for.

I’ve passed this pizza place for years and never took a second look because the signage is not very inviting. I decided to try the pizza today because of the great reviews. The person who greeted me was super friendly, inquired if I needed plates and thanked me for making the trip since I opted for pick-​up instead of delivery. The restaurant itself looks clean and has plenty of seats.
I ordered a large pie $ 15, ½ mushrooms and onions and the other half pepperoni. The mushrooms & onions slice could have been more flavorful since the cheese was not salty and the sauce was a bit bland. The pepperoni slice was much better since the meat added to the taste. I like the dough since it reminds me of a local pizza place that was the best in town, but has since changed owners. However, the dough was a bit chewy for my taste and seemed to take more effort to finish the slice. I want to give this place a 2^nd chance since most people that have written reviews have complimented this establishment. Maybe next time I’ll try the pasta dishes.
