Simply excellent. Steve was prompt, personable, and knowledgable. I met him in a Dunkin Donuts and was able to leave in an hour. I’m not exactly the most talkative with people I’m about to pay, but I was at ease with him and he was in no way imposing. The end product feels very sturdy and secure.
Highly recommended. My first 5 star review is for my first non-​food related service review! Well done!

Completely destroyed my iphone6 screen late one night, but a technician reached out to me right away and my phone was fixed 10am the next morning. Excellent service, and great great screen! Comes with a glass protector too. –1 star since its a bit pricey though.

Icracked was perfect with my busy schedule. Didn’t have to be without my phone didn’t have to go through my irritating phone insurance which ironically cost twice as much as. Shattered glass fixed in 40 mins on my time.

iCracked is a phenomenal service. My professional technician, Steve Columbus, was able to meet me within two hours of my initial outreach. Yes, that’s right, he met ME, I did not have to go to him.
We met at a local coffee shop of my choosing, and he replaced my cracked screen right in front of me in a timely manner. The process probably took less than an hour, but the time flew by because Steve was very personable and informative. He fielded every question I asked him about the process and was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend iCracked and more importantly, Steve!
