To add to what James had to say, I thought that I had stumbled upon a great deal when I found a Canon 20D on sale for $ 300 cheaper than the rest of the more credible online camera vendors. I was especially confused by the large number of different packages that they carried, but I thought it was just part of how they were able to provide a cheap price.
Like many others who have reviewed this place online, I received a call the next day in the afternoon when I was at work. The sales rep proceeded to tell me that he would give me an even better deal and upgrade the filters of the camera. He proceeded to tell me that he would upgrade the other features of the camera, without really informing what he was doing to the total cost. I was not quite sure what was happening, until he said that he would upgrade the battery for $ 150. At which point, I asked him where the total stood, and he said $ 2000, which was twice as much as the original price.
I asked him to cancel the order because of the confusion and poor customer service. He agreed.
After performing some online searches, I have realized that
is not even part of the better business bureau. From talking to friends and through my own searches, I think that
is the best place to go for purchasing camera equipment.
