Espresso Bar

We were heading out of the mall after a day of shopping with an exhausted child when a sign for Red Tea Latte made with Roobios Tea caught my eye. I had to try it!
I stood in line, the fifth person out, expecting a wait of 5 – 10 minutes. Moments later, my order was taken. Talk about EFFICIENT! The team of three already had 3 of the earlier patrons done and on their way and was completing the person’s order ahead of me with ease. I ordered a small Red Tea Latte with Soy Milk and asked for an identical cup with ice water and a lid for my babe. The barista didn’t skip a beat and whipped the order up in seconds. He must have a child or similar requests before because I have always had to explain that one several times.
The Red Tea Latte is cold-​brewed with Rooibos Tea, with Vanilla, Honey and Sprinkles of Cinnamon. Advertised as High in Antioxidants and Caffeine Free. I expected the cinnamon and vanilla to be sharp and stand out in the tea. Instead, the Red Tea Latte was smooth– with a subtle taste of red bean in the warm froth. It was rich and delighting. Happy I stopped and looking forward to a return!

The wait is long– just spent 20 min in line for some drinks. They should hire more people since there is a huge demand for coffee in front of Nordstrom. The employees do try hard to service everyone to the best of their abilities. They are very nice. One more employee would be better.
