I called early Monday morning because I could not remove a door knob –(before you judge the door knob in question had no screws and seemingly no way to remove it) so I called Brothers Lock & Safe and the woman who answered the phone at first seemed to not want to send anyone out to my house to help – which confused me at first, then I realized what she was trying to do was to walk me through it so I would not be charged a house call and I couold simply bring the knob in to be rekeyed. However I was unable to remove it despite her precise directions so someone did come out and in about 10 – 15 minutes had the problem resolved. Quick, professional and done right. They even gave us extra keys. The charge was $ 85.00 which I guess in not excessive in this day and age for a house call.

I closed on my new home yesterday. Benny from Brothers came out within hours of my closing. I had purchased a complicated Samsung lock and the Schlag Camelot lock. These were complicated locks, one of which was brand new on the market. Benny researched the new lock, and carefully took his time to properly install the lock. He was polite, neat and extraordinarily competent. He did a great job for us and made it clear we could call him if we had any follow-​up questions or concerns.

My job sent me here to get two keys copied. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly woman. I sat down and before I knew it, the lovely woman called me and told me my keys were ready. This is what you call fast service! Would highly recommend them!
