Edison Heating and Cooling

Our experience included the drawn out sales pitch with having to sign at the end or the price would not be honored. Unfortunately, since we were looking to install a Carrier, we figured they should be able to do the job as professionals. Over time, we have had several issues with the machine & come to find out that they mismatched the Furnace & Condenser. What that means is that the sales person told us we were getting the best system, when in fact we have an installed system that in essence operates equal to the cheapest system. The key difference is that we paid more to have the better system installed. As typical, we have contacted them to save face, but we have yet to hear from them. I recommend calling around & comparing not just prices, but equipment to be installed so that an apples to apples comparison is made. If they or anyone pressures you into a decision at that very moment, then they are not worth hiring. Lastly, Edison may not be the worst AC installer in the area, but there are other installer options with better reviews. We learned our lesson.

So happy with them! Our furnace broke admits the so-​called «blizzard of 2015» and they came right in and saved the day! After a brief assessment, they found the problem, and gave us space heaters until we were back up and running.
In reviewing our options, they didn’t try to up sell us or put on pressure. This time tomorrow we will be fixed and good to go!

Punctual with appointments, just not good at returning VMs.

replaced central air, gas furnace and water heater, fair price, done in timely matter… salesperson was knowledgeable and punctual… system is been in use for 3 months now
