Domino’s Pizza

The driver was outside to deliver my food for over 30 minutes. He couldn’t find my building which was literally 1 building away from where he was. I was trying to help him get to my building but he kept ignoring everything I said and all he kept saying is ok, I’m coming. I called the main store to complain and stated that by the time i get my food, it will be cold. The person on the phone stated they use heat packs and the food will be fine. My food was cold. I had to put it in the oven to reheat it again. When the driver finally arrived, no apologies and even though it wasn’t deserved, I still tipped him. He just took the money and walked out without even a thank you. Ridiculous. Terrible terrible service with no regard at all for customer satisfaction

Out of all the pizza chain restaurants in the immediate area, this specific Dominos franchise is consistently pumping out excellent quality products. I recognize when I always get my pizza here, there are 2 ladies working on the orders. My family always enjoy the pizza here. :)

Wonderful service. Once the order was messed up but the owner immediately did not charge me for it the next time when i mentioned it. Wonderful cooking and service.

The pizza we ordered had very less to no cheese in it even though we had opted for Extra cheese while ordering. Bad experience.

I ordered from here 2 Friday’s ago. Just a regular, large plain pie. The tracker said it would be here in 30 – 45 minutes. Typical for a busy Friday night, right? Well, an hour and a half passes by, and I haven’t gotten anything. So I give them a call. A girl answers, and I tell her my food is over an hour late. She says they’re on their way and will be there in 5 minutes. Another 30 minutes pass and they finally show up. The person who delivered the food spoke no English, so when I asked him what happened, he just started mumbling. Okay, zero tip for you!
I made the mistake of ordering again from here tonight, a Thursday night, and the tracker said my food had already been delivered. (Note this was around 45 minutes after I had ordered it) So i called and the same girl answered. I told her the tracker said my food was delivered but did not receive it. She said «Jesus Christ» and hung up on me. Rude! I called back and repeated myself, and she said «Ma’am someone is on their way, okay? Have a great night.» and hung up AGAIN! Someone needs to put some soap in this girls mouth. Anyways, another 10 minutes later and I finally get the food. It’s a different guy this time, who I also couldn’t understand but at least he smiled.
I will never order from this location again. Awful customer service, and no matter what you order it’ll be an hour to get your food.

Excellent pizza! The crust was well baked with the right amount of toppings and cheese. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The toppings were very skimpy. Might as well just ordered a cheese pizza. And when I asked for crushed peppers the store didn’t have any or the delivery person so I wasn’t too happy.

This place sucks. The Indian guys are so disrespectful. The Indian guy with the mustache has a great ringtone candy shop by 50cent. So mean but the food is igghhhhtt I guess.

Back when I was a child and couldn’t make my own dietary choices we used to get domino’s, every Friday, and watch TGIF; one to two slices would be satisfying and there’d even be leftovers.
Now I’m an adult, I wouldn’t touch this pizza even if it was free and was hungry. Can you say low-​quality ingredients? Can you say this pizza is like cardboard with what we can presume to be cheese? Really how can you sell pizzas for that cheap?
Do people still even order Domino’s???
If you’re here keep driving up 27 and give your hard earned money to a local business, not a large multi-​national pizza factory.

It took an hour for the food to get here and it was luke warm. The pasta barely had any toppings and breadsticks tasted like garbage. Never Ordereing from here again.

The lady that works there seems sad, but the food always leaves me satisfied and smiling.

Beware! Do not order pizza here! Cockroachs dont belong in pizzas!
