Stopped in there today for lunch, ordered the Sofritas burrito, thinking it might be a healthier alternative to the rest of the choices. On my way out picked up the nutrition breakdown, guess what of all the choices(steak, chicken etc) this is the highest in sodium. I get that restaurant food is high in sodium but if you want to eat healthier, this isn’t the place to do it. The service behind the counter seems to be rushed,(even with the very long lines which remains a mystery), reminds me of Lucy and Ethel on the chocolate assembly line putting the meals together. No one working there seems very pleasant. Mumbling at top speed brown rice white rice black beans red beans etc is often indecipheral. I only figure out what they are saying by looking at the choices and watching the people ahead of me in line. There are better choices available within the mall(though not by much)

My least favorite location. Service is really always terrible, and some of hte people have the worst attitude. One girl when I went to get my online order gave me the worst«HUH» attitude.

Nice place to full your stomach in less price. Had a rice bowl, and also tired burritos. Both the things are stomach filling. Must to visit when get tired while shopping.

If you participated in the«buy $ 25 gift card and get one meal free» event from 4÷29−6÷10, make sure to clarify it. Chipotle takes your gift card receipt as proof for the free meal upon next visit. I bought a gift card at a different Chipotle, but since this one is closer to my home I opted to come here. I told the cashier about my free meal receipt and he said he needed to swipe the gift card to match it. Odd, the other Chipotle I frequent only cared about my the receipt date. I gave said cashier my gift card and free meal receipt for him to check. This is where things went south. He swipes my gift card and says it matches. The cashier keeps my free meal receipt and I foolishly thought he honored the free meal. I should’ve checked my gift card balance at the time, but now I see that cashier took money from my gift card balance. So, I basically lost a free burrito. D’oh…

ABYSMAL. This was only my second Chipotle experience, and I think I’ve had enough at this point. I would have demanded a refund if I hadn’t used a «buy 1 get 1 free» coupon. I placed my order online to be picked up at 7:45. I got there 5 minutes late, so I expected that it might have cooled a bit, but not that it would be completely cold. My burrito had white rice instead of the brown rice that I asked for and it had a very hot salsa that I also did not ask for. It almost made it inedible. My fiancé’s burrito didn’t even have meat! The meat is the first thing that you choose before you can move on to building the burrito, so I can’t even fathom what kind of incompentance it took to make this happen. Both burritos were soggy and cold. Chipotle’s website doesn’t even have a place to make a complaint. This company seriously needs an overhaul, because I haven’t had such a terrible food experience in years and I will not be going back. I will also be warning my local friends not to waste their money. I would have had to pay $ 20 for that garbage if it weren’t for that coupon.

Clean, fast, and friendly. The food is always fresh due to high turnover, and even at rush hour you get your food quickly. Definitely one of the better chipotles in the area.

I’m such a big fan of chipotle I absolutely love love love it! Out of all the chipotle I’ve been to this one has to be my favorite because of how efficient the workers are. Usually all the lines are wrapped around the restaurant but in this chipotle I felt as though the workers were working quick and weren’t being stingy with the chicken or rice(which in a lot of places they’re so stingy!) and ultimately carried great customer service! I make sure that every time I go to Menlo mall I stop at chipotle!

We re regulars there but the quality has changed since couple of months. It was so much better before. Looks like a new management has taken over. The fajita are never properly cooked, so are the beans. Gauc is hardly green anymore, chips not fried properly. I really hope they up their standards.

Sunday oct 113:43 pm and I’ve been in line for 20 min. Not an exaggeration and So disappointed. Never happens at any other chipotle. These have got to be the slowest crew members on earth.

So far I’ve not had good experiences at this location. I live less than a mile away so this is the go-to spot for takeout. Although the convenient location might start to be outweighed by the inconvenience of having something wrong with your order every single time you go there. I always order online and go pick it up because it’s so loud, it’s too hard to order, especially when you’re ordering for more than just yourself. You would think that would cut down on miscommunication… My wife does not eat gluten, so she always orders the soft corn tortillas. 3 out of the last 4 times she was given flour tortillas. 2 out of the last 4 times, they left out the rice and beans that are supposed to come with the kids meal for my son. The chips are always stale. Not good.

Love Chipotle, especially this one they seem to give bigger portions. I always get half carnitas half barbacoa. Try the barbacoa everyone always gets chicken or steak so try something different. There’s ALWAYS a line so order using their app and skip the line! Best thing is that its inclosed in its own section so you get out of all the noise and chaos from the mall. Also, just ask for a small cup instead of purchasing a large cup to fill at the soda fountain.

I’ve already given my blanket review of Chipotle in a previous review. This one is for the complaint department. Ordered my usual burrito bowl. I hate having to talk over the noise in this place, but I’ve gotten the assembly line rhythm down when I order. Time comes for my toppings. Girl decides to suggest toppings before I have a chance to open my mouth: «Cheese, sour cream?» Now, I usually get a little cheese and no sour cream – not a fan of sour cream. My response was«No, I want cheese, corn and lettuce.» Well, she starts scooping globs of sour cream, all the while I’m repeating the word«No, No NO!» After about the fifth«No» she stops like a deer in headlights. «You want me to take it off?» Now, in another location, they remade the entire bowl, but this time she’s very awkwardly trimming it off. Whatever, I can deal with that. Then the worker next to her says to me, «it’s easier if you just say what you want, rather than what you don’t.» Um, I clearly stated what I did want. Now, how about you do a little bit of listening on your end instead of mindlessly pouring out matter onto a bowl? I understand that’s the assembly line method and it gets mind-numbing after a while, but I do not need to be told how I should phrase my order. I speak in clear, concise English. It would be nice if Chipotle adopted a more customer-friendly serving method, but with lines constantly out the door I don’t see that happening any time soon. I remember when employees would walk over and ask how your meal was. I hated that too, but it kind of offset the cold, cafeteria-style service.

They served me raw chicken and I showed the manager she was surprised and told me if I get sick to call them and they would write a formal complaint so I did. Then corporate called me and said they are sorry for that and that they will keep an eye on it. Wow thanks for the help!!! You keeping an eye on it is not going to help my situation. The lady was so rude!!! She told me there’s nothing she can do about it. I expected better customer service but I guess I was wrong. I used to eat chipotle every day now I will never eat there again thanks to their service.

This location is inside of menlo park mall. It has a large kitchen that is visible while you wait in line. The seating setup makes me feel like this location is more for taking out or taking your meal and eating in the food court which I saw a few people doing. Their is private entrance and also an entrance from the mall food court. The store is starting to show its age but the food was the freshest I’ve ever had at any location. Also on a Saturday around noon prime lunch time the line was super long and almost made me contemplate leaving. I’m glad I stayed as it moved super fast.

I think by now most people know what to expect from a Chipolte, this one was good, long line when I stopped in but it moved fast and the layout is kind of cool as you really watch them cook the food more here. The staff was pretty efficient, it was kind of neat watching the chaos of the lunch rush. Food came out great.

I like Chipotle. It’s fine for what it is. But I just cannot fathom how all these years later Chipotle still manages to pack people in like they are giving away free money. Until this week, I had never eaten at the Menlo Park Mall Chipotle. Why? Because I just refuse to stand on a line that snakes all the way through the food court and out into the mall. And yet, no matter when I have ever come here, that’s exactly the scene unfolding. But this week was different. Instead of a line of 80 or so hungry, burrito-bowl-loving Chipotle fanatics waiting to order, it was more like 20. Even then, I would normally walk away, but Chipotle is one of the few places where you can actually get a decent Vegan meal. I’m a big fan of their sofritas, which is essentially organic tofu, chilis, poblanos, and spices all braised together. They are correct in advertising that Vegans and carnivores alike should enjoy the stuff, since my dual personalities find me alternating between both classifications quite regularly. Whatever the case, it’s good. Leave out the rice and beans and ask for extra onions and peppers and you can get out of here in decent caloric shape and still enjoy a flavorful, filling meal. If you’re lucky you can snag a seat in the back by the window, place your back to everyone else in the mall, and actually have a relaxing time away from all the chaos behind you.

I ordered a veggie burrito today, but it was nothing like I am used to at chipotle. Firstly the woman slapped on the beans and rice with their juices running everywhere. Then the other larger woman rolling it, didn’t even roll it correctly. I didn’t have as much filling as I would normally, but even then the filling was spilling out and she continued to roll it. The outside wasn’t covered in sauce and the burrito was falling apart. To make things worse, wrapping it in foil spread the sauce further outside the burrito. I was appalled. Unless they hire new staff, I def won’t be returning here.

Fast fast fast. They make your order quick. I went here on a crazy Sunday. Line curling around the high chairs. Line took 10 minutes. Pretty good for a very long line. I usually get the salad or bowl. The meat was juicy,(pork), but the rice was dry and hard. Other than that I have no complaints. One star down for the rice. Fast service + juicy meat

Always crowded, inconsistent, and rushed service. The food is the typical«not bad and not good» label. However, the service here is terrible. I’ve gone separate times with separate servers and they have always inconsistently short changed me on the chicken. One guy gave me just a tiny scoop and I pointed it out and even the folks standing near me said they gave me way too little. The server said you have to order extra meat to get more. I told him look at the guy over there he’s got a pile of meat on his and he didn’t order extra meat. The next time I went, once again the server just scraped up what’s left in the chicken bin and I told him I want the new batch. Because there’s not enough chicken. The problem I noticed consistently is that these guys give women more meat and they are the ones that typically eat less and dumps them out. What a waste! I had my girl go and get me an order and she got a huge bowl. So do I have to be a girl to get served properly?

I will go on and on for days on the great debate between Chipotle and Moes. I’m sorry, Moes(same with Qdoba and Pancheros!) is DISGUSTING and Chipotle is one of the greatest things ever created. I’m only reviewing this location because it is the closest to my house, but I have been to way more than 50 across the US(Yes, I am/still obsessed and can eat this everyday of my life). This location is awesome. They have the system down to a T, just be prepared for super long lines. 1 tip– download the app on your phone and pre-order your meal to save time. Throughout the country, the food is almost exactly the same… delicious! My friends used to make fun of me cause I checked into chipotle on Fb at least 3 – 4 times a week for a LONG time. Sad to say, I have cut down on my addiction! In NYC, California, North Carolina, Arizona and a whole lot of other cities/States sell alcohol, as well as margaritas. Be warned though, the margaritas are strong and worth it! Oh, and the Chipotles down south have sweet tea. Let’s see, the meal I get almost every single time is– a double steak burrito bowl, double white rice, corn, mild salsa, half sour cream, half guac and extra cheese. HOW I don’t weigh 100000000000000 lbs, beats me! CHIPOTLEISTHEBEST! Only complaint– need a chipotle with a drive-thru for us lazy folks out there :) :) :) :)
