I’ve been coming to this shop since they opened a few years back. By far the best in the area. Nobody is perfect but they go out of their way to make you feel like family every morning and their food is 100% homemade. Will make just about anything upon request and they deliver to many area companies on a regular basis with standing orders. Always a pleasure. Could not ask for more here and when I do, they come through. Thanks guys for all you do.

First time here. Place is clean and welcoming. However, the staff isn’t. The menu looks appealing and tasteful. Got a bagel with cream cheese and was very surprised to watch the lady work all around the kitchen and handle my bagel and others orders with no gloves! Went night freezer to grab frozen grilled chicken then soon after took my bagel from the toaster n added cream cheese THEN handled the register so I can pay in cash… Not very sanitary. I’m afraid how my stomach will feel right I consume this bagel filled with germs… Yum!

We were craving bagels and were visiting in the area so we popped in here. I was pleased to see a local bagel place with tons of options on the menu from sandwiches, baked goods, sweets, pancakes, etc. I had a sesame bagel with egg and cheese. It took a few minutes to prepare which is a good sign that it’s made fresh. I enjoyed my bagel very much! Unfortunately I did not see Charlene A.‘s review where she mentioned that they don’t prepare the food with gloves. Gasp! I didn’t notice but if I do return, I’ll make note of it in my review. Man, my bagel sandwich was good and inexpensive though… No glove, no love!

Mediocre bagels that taste very doughy. The owners are always there on weekends and are generally unfriendly. I honestly come here just out of convenience when I’m craving a bagel. Definitely get the bagel double toasted if you want to enjoy it!

I don’t think the bagels are even made in house. They don’t have that fresh hand rolled bagel taste real bagel places do. If you’re in a rush it’ll do. Bagels are comparable to Dunkin donuts. I usually have to repeat my order more than once to the people working there. And I noticed they don’t prepare the food with gloves. Just their bare hands. Ewwww.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the lady turned away to give the order to the grill before I could tell her the rest of the order. When I ordered another grilled sandwich she was annoyed and showed it. I believe this was the owner. The bacon on the sandwich was like rubber. I had to throw it out. I had to ask the young girl if I could pay even though the bag was sitting right in front if her. She was wearing a shirt with her belly hanging out. Seriously this is a restaurant! Then didn’t even look at me or thank me for my business. This place is getting worse!
