They installed the wrong shield on my phone and I didn’t notice right away, went back within 14 days to get the right one, wanted me to pay for their mistake for a new one«and take responsibility» for not noticing right away. Do yourself a favor and pay $ 10 on Amazon for the same thing.

I was not impressed with the customer service. My screen chipped within the first 2 weeks and I brought it back to them but they would not do anything about it. I have gotten the glass protector replaced twice in less than 2 months and they keep cracking/chipping. And it costs $ 6 to get it replaced every time. And the protector is very expensive to purchase in the first place. In my opinion, it is a way overpriced item and doesn’t work well at all.

My experience was with the Eden Prairie kiosk. Not only do I feel I was sold a bill of goods because my phone did in fact drop and the screen shattered, I was told that there are always freak accidents that can cause this to happen. So, product didn’t work. Then when gave them permission to fix the screen, they said they we’re uncle to due to a missing bracket, if that wasn’t bad enough, they charged me $ 40 to not fix it, went to the Apple Store and they released the phone, for a considerably smaller charge than zagg was charging, bottom line, product didn’t work, was charged for not getting it fixed and couldn’t get through on their phone line, tried twice, I would not recommend! The only reason I gave them a one star is because it wouldn’t let me give none!

In the past I’ve gone to Invisible Shield at Southdale and had decent service. But recently I’ve been there twice and the customer service(or lack there of), makes me warn you to think twice about shopping at this location. On May 22, 2012, I arrived at 5:30PM to get shields placed for my new work iPhone, only to be greeted by a sign that roughly said, «I’m playing softball and should be back +\- 5:30 — 6:00PM. — Zak» Because I was meeting someone at 6:00, I decided to wait. I watched at least four people come up to the kiosk to get a shield for the phone or tablet and leave. Finally, a guy showed up and called the number left by Zak on the sign. After about five minutes, a guy showed up, and started working on the customer’s phone. Even though he was there after I was, he called, so I didn’t say anything. But immediately, several people formed a line behind me to get work done. The employee took my phone, but then said he had to go get his glasses, so he left again. Finally around 6:30, my phone finished. A few days later at a conference, something happened with the shield, so yesterday, I went to get the shield fixed. I’m guessing the guy who helped me this time was Zak, and he said, «Since you screwed this up, you’ll have to pay for it,» even though there are signs everywhere that there is a lifetime guarantee. I had my receipt and the warranty card the other guy gave me. I told him I wasn’t going to pay extra for the shield the other guy didn’t put on correctly, so he offered to trim it for free. Since the back side of my phone is protected in a case, I just did that. These guys must make so much money, they can just leave their kiosk unattended to go play softball or do whatever they want. And I may have«screwed something up,», but you never tell a customer that. Guess what Invisible Shield? You can be out with just two strikes. I’ll never be back to give you money when there are other locations around the Cities.
