Carpet and Duct Cleaning Specialists

Used them again on my way out of the rental house. Had the same great experience, good cleaning at good prices. I’ll be using them again.

I purchased a voucher in the hopes of getting a good deals on duct cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for a month out with a two hour window. I took a half-​day of vacation to be home. About 30 minutes into the time window, I received a call from the field person informing me that they would not be able to make the appointment as scheduled. He stated that the jobs he need to complete before my house were on the other side of town, too far away to get to my house until after the promised time.
I called the scheduler to find another time. He took 90 minutes to return my call and was unapologetic. He stated that service companies miss their scheduled times every day. I understand his point, there are a lot of service companies that do overbook — especially after social deals that drive large traffic spikes. But I still consider it unacceptable and costly for me in terms of both time and money. There are plenty of businesses that work hard to provide solid customer service and I regret going after a cheap online deal rather than finding someone with a good reputation and track record for customer service.
The scheduler did offer to reschedule for a weekend. That would have been helpful when setting up the original appointment, but at this point I have wasted enough time and money on attempting to work with Carpet and Duct Cleaning Specialists.
While I was hoping to get a good deal, attempting to do business with Carpet and Duct Cleaning Specialists cost me a half day of vacation with no services rendered.

Carpet cleaning specialists were easy to work with. We had them out to do the carpets and they were good guys. They did exactly what we asked them to and got the carpets way cleaner than the do it yourself machines we get at Cub (and we didn’t have to do the work =)
I would recommend them to people who need a carpet cleaner.
