Owner is rude, told me I needed medication, when I expressed my unhappiness! Dirty bed and ancient equipment. Glad I got out with no known disease.

Delaney Collins has no business being in business. He is irresponsible, untrustworthy, rude, arrogant and belligerent. I gave him 4 opportunities to make good on his word, and he failed every time. His service was recommended by a friend, and against my better judgement, I decided to try him. He offered 4 micro current treatments with the first 2 at regular price, the 3rd half off and the 4th free. I received the first 2 without incident, but for the 3rd one he was very late and did not notify me ahead of time. The 4th one I never received because he simply didn’t show up, again without notifying me. My final attempt was so disheartening. I was stuck in rush hour traffic a few minutes from his office. I sent him a quick text to let him know I was on my way. He texted me back announcing he was in Madison, WI on his way back to Minneapolis and wouldn’t make it in time. So, why didn’t he cancel the appointment with me in advance? Why cause me disappointment and inconvenience? Since this had happened twice before, I let him know how unhappy I was with the way he handled the situation. He kept saying he would make it up to me. He said, «You’re fine. I’ll make it up to you.» From my experience the only thing he is capable of making is excuses. Honestly, I didn’t feel he would make good on his word, and I was right. He called me a full week later ready to make appointments with me. For a moment, I was hopeful. As soon as I said okay, he launched into a chastisement and verbal reprimand of me and my reaction to his not showing up for his appointment while he was in Madison. I asked him, «How do I know I can trust you not to do the same thing again and simply not show up?» He responded, «You don’t. I may do the same thing again.» His personal life takes precedence over his business life to the extent he fails to treat his clients courteously and responsibly. What Delaney fails to understand is all relationships are built on trust. If he doesn’t have enough courtesy, interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility to call a client and leave a message on their phone when he knows he will either be late or not make the appointment at all, this is simply selfish and self indulgent. Over and over again Delaney Collins has proven he is far more interested in himself and his personal drama than he is in servicing his clients. I paid him for every appointment. I also tipped him generously. I feel used, abused and taken advantage of. He also behaved unprofessionally with me when he started crying during one of my treatments and again when I was on the phone with him about an appointment. I understand we all have things we’re working through, and I’m more than willing to offer support where it’s needed. However, I’m not his friend. I’m a client, and his emotional behavior was highly inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. His boundaries are unclear and unhealthy for interacting with clients. Cleanliness was a concern too. He never covered the head rest where clients lay their heads, and I never saw him wash or sanitize his hands between clients.
