Go here! These guys not only do quality and honest work, they are nice and reasonable to boot! Don and his crew have always gone the extra mile which has made me return to him for anything little as an oil change to things that are much bigger, like engine problems. I’m a single mom and I know that he would make sure I’m out the door with a properly fixed vehicle in a timely manner. If you’re in the East Mountains or can make it here from Albuquerque… give this place a shot!

Coming from Arizona we got stuck on the road on our way to Indiana. The stability traction light came on and was slowing the engine down scary
huh. We then found East Mountain Auto & RV. They were so kind to us. They also provide my family and I with free food and shelter until we figure out what to do with our truck. We were there for hours. They were so lovely and patient. They also gave me a ride to the airport to get a rental car and go sightseeing with my family. They turned what I thought was a bad situation to a awesome one. I don’t know what more to ask for. They were so lovely and on top of things. Great people out there. Special thanks to Don and Brian. These guys are the awesomest!!! I was traveling across country in my small campervan and saw gas leaking onto the ground. I had just had my fuel pump replaced. These guys had to redo the whole job as it was not done properly but they convinced the auto store to replace the fuel pump on warranty as a piece was broken. They were so friendly and explained everything to me. they even let me stay right on the lot in my camper as I was there for 3 days. I showed up at the end of the day on Mon, so they ordered parts on Tues which came on Wed then they got me all fixed up and on my way. A week later and no leaks and my gas mileage has gone up. I wish I lived close to these guys so they could always be around when I need work done!!!

Moving from OK to CA, had my car serviced before I left and the check engine light came on. We were referred to Don from Autozone down the street (also amazing, friendly service). He checked everything out, told us what to worry about and what not to worry about, showed us proof so we understood why, spoke in our terms without all of the jargon we wouldn’t understand, got my zip code and email so he could refer me to quality service centers in CA and sent me on my way at no cost with well wishes on the new move. Would definitely go back and refer them to family and friends if they lived in the area. It’s guaranteed you won’t be cheated out of money for service you don’t need. They’re amazing and the friendliest people.

Here I experienced Impeccable service with genuine care for me and my car. I have lived in Edgewood coming up 19 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone with my car, truck, or RV more than Don and Lori at East Mountain Auto and RV Repair. They are knowledgeable and genuinely honest when it comes to automotive repair, which is rare in their field. Excellent service from excellent people, and most importantly, for excellent prices!

I am absolutely amazed and grateful that there are mechanics like East Mountain Auto and RV repair still around. Halfway through an 18-​hour drive from Las Vegas back to Texas last week, the «check engine» light came on. I was devastated. I had just paid a mechanic in Las Vegas $ 3000 (that I didn’t have) for a new engine, and now my «check engine» light was on. I was so fortunate to find East Mountain Auto. I explained the situation to them, and after looking at my car, they told me that the mechanic in Las Vegas had charged me for an engine that they never put in my car. They showed me evidence that the manifold cover had never been removed and that the car still had its original engine. What amazed me even more is that they took pictures and were willing to put their findings in writing so that I could pursue the matter through the legal system if need be. They even called the other mechanic with me, and thanks to them, I was refunded half of my money. They had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me. They knew that I didn’t live in the area and that I probably wouldn’t be able to be a long-​term customer.
