Awful, just awful was my experience and haircut by Kelly. I’m very disappointed in my haircut as the sides are uneven and my neck was left unshaven. I actually asked before I left if she had shaven my neck as my hairline felt rough. Kelly assured me she had but she hadn’t and was immediately noticed by wife. I’ve now been here twice and both times I was not happy with my haircut, I will not being going back to the Edgewater location.

Took my son here and not only did they not listen to what I asked them to do but then argued with me about my son’s haircut and how they thought it should be done. The woman was extremely rude and had no people skills whatsoever. Not only will I NEVER go back here but will advise other people to find another place for this service. HORRIBLE.

We had a horrible experience our last visit. The hair dresser was rude to me and my 8yr old son. She told him his hair is distracting(light pink). When my daughter came over and sat on my lap she yelled at her and told us the chair cannot hold all that weight! I’m sorry but I didn’t see a weight limit on the door, saying no one over 240 can come in for a haircut! Then I paid and had to ask for the correct change. On top of that she cut twice as much hair off than we asked.

Brittney is great. Problem is, you can’t schedule an appointment. They won’t allow it. I show up and there are at least 3 – 5 people I have to wait on. I’ve waited an hour before. let us make appointments!!! Please!

Terrible! I went to this shop for a second time on August 25, 2014, because I was pleased with my prior visit and haircut. This time, however, I seemed to have a rookie hair cutter. She was tentative to the point of seeming to be afraid to cut my hair. Turns out that was for good reason; she did not really know how to cut it. When I left the shop and met my wife in a nearby restaurant, she asked me what the heck happened to me, and then told me this was the worst haircut she had ever seen on me, and that I should go to my regular barber the next morning to get this fixed, if possible. I took advantage of the customer survey, and registered my disappointment, pointing out that the hair cutter was young, very pleasant, and probably just needed more training and observation. To their credit, I received a call that very night from the shop owner, offering me a free return visit to see about fixing my uneven and«chopped» haircut. He asked me to see either the Manager or Assistant Manager, and he also offered a second free haircut to make up for my inconvenience. Two days later, I went back in. One of the managers(Kelly) was there. As soon as she saw my name on the sign in sheet, she seemed to slow-roll me, taking care of other customers(that was OK), then helping other cutters ring up their customers(not OK), then deciding to stop and vacuum her area before seating me. When I sat down, instead of saying something like«Let’s fix this,» she said«What’s the problem?» I told her it was uneven in back, plus chopped and layered.” To this, she said. «It’s not that bad,“and then said the problem is I «have an uneven scalp.» First time in my life I heard anything like that, and I’m a senior citizen! This time, my wife was with me. Her father was a barber, and she trained as a hairstylist herself. She pointed out the problems with the haircut, and the manager continued to be defensive and dismissive. So, I said I didn’t come back here to argue, and if she couldn’t see the problem, I wasn’t going to ask her to try to fix it. She then said she WOULD fix it… but I have no idea what she planned to do because she had just stated she did not see anything wrong with it. So I got up and left, before she made matters worse. I went straight to my regular barber. As God is my witness, without any prompting whatsoever, when she saw me she said: «Who chopped up my hair like that?!» I feel bad for this shop owner. He responded appropriately, but is being undercut by a poor hair cutter AND an astoundingly inept«manager.»
