The service calls are very expensive and the system unreliable. All of our dogs have escaped at one time or another. Owner is a fast talker, doesn’t return calls, etc. I had the system removed and replaced with another brand.

I purchased invisible fence and have loved it ever since. I have a stubborn and to smart of a dog boarder collie that would run though the fence. The technician was extremely helpful! He would come out sever times and figure out the best solution for my dogs ability to run though the fence. He even came out during the weekend. The fence has work amazing and I’m very happy with the customer service.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Total Ripoff for Service Calls. Their technician installed their line incorrectly, then deer broke the line and they charged me $ 160 to fix a split wire. They never said a thing about pricing. «We’ll send a man out…» It was $ 100 just to show up the man told me. Then another $ 60 to fix the split. Stay away.
