I’m sorry to read Crystal N had a bad experience both times, maybe my experiences are so great because the manager always cuts my hair. Coincidentally her name is Crystal. Always funny, high expertise and advice. I drive an hour out of my way just to see her and have her work on my hair. About tipping, no one has ever asked me to tip or suggested as much, I do tip however because they do a great service!
