Chick-fil-A

This location is awful when it comes to accuracy. Yes, the review your order, but once you actually get it– a whole other story. I have been here 3 times and every time something is wrong.
Edited: This restaurant location have really stepped it up over the last few months! I haven’t had an incorrect order in a long while. I’m glad to see that it has improved substantially.

The only Chick-​Fil-​A that I’ve been to that does not honor veterans in any way on Veteran’s Day.
Since all of the chains taste pretty much the same, I’ll support one that respects those who defend their religious freedom…

Each time the petite girl is working the drive-​thru window she hands me a drink covered in the drink. Wipe it off!
They constantly forget to provide sauces that were asked for, so double check before you drive off. They’ve given me the wrong salad before too.
Ordered a coffee and an iced tea this weekend. Then get to the window, there’s no coffee and they handed me a Coke. Pay attention!
4 stars for good food. 2 stars for sloppy service.

Clean and delicious! It’s hard to be this quality and price for any meal. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

One ketchup for 4 meals. I asked for ketchup when ordering them again when they were handing me the meals. I guess you have to specify how many you want so make sure you do that if you want enough for everyone.

Yup 1 star for this Edgewater Location! Small chicken breast that tastes weird and forgot my extra sandwich. You suck!

Wow every time I go to this location the staff is always rude and they always get my order wrong! It’s frustrating because this chick fil a is very close to my house!!! Last night was the last time I will ever go there!!! The chicken tasted weird I will never come back I already called corporate!

Wife and I have dined here a few times. Food is very yummy and the staff is very nice. The owner is a really nice guy, retired veteran, and helps out in the community getting involved with local schools. Nice modern facility with a kids play area. Good views of the lake across Sheridan if you sit outside

I am not a huge Chik fil a fan, but this one is near an office I am temporarily working out of and I have always found the food fresh, the drive thru fast and when I have gone in, the place is clean. Maybe the busy noon hour brings out the best, but it is a good spot for a quick lunch in Edgewater!

I went by the Chick-​fil-​a that opened up on 20^th and sheridan for a few months since they opened. They close at 10:00 and having been in the industry I was skeptical to stop by at 9:30, especially since the sign was off.
I saw cars in the drive thru and figured what the hell, I’m tired after working all day and don’t feel like cooking anything.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and I don’t want to be the douchebag digging through the bag checking his order, so I drove home. When I opened the bag it was a spicy chicken sandwich!
I can’t eat that, I have acid reflux, I’ll probably just throw it up anyway.
It was late, and that’s what they had left and forced it on me cause the high school kids working just wanted to get out of there. I guess I can’t blame them.
I won’t be going to this Chick-​fil-​a again. Damned shame. I loved this place.
