Listen folks this is Eden, Utah… Fun place with very good mexican fare with cold beer and many choices of spirits. Monster Burritos and lots of large screen TV’s. Good solid food at a reasonable price. They have lots of room for big parties and are always happy to have you dine at the bar. If your staying in Eden and don’t feel like cooking, this is a good choice…

We had a party of 14 went in for a late lunch and was extremely disappointed! The service and food was horrible. It took forever to get our drinks and they ran out coors. We had several orders of wings and they came out cold! The fajitas were over cooked and there wasn’t hardly any veggies! We are locals and love to support our local restaurants but we are sad to say we will not be going back to Carlos and Harley’s.

Amazing place. I’m from NYC and this is by far the best Mexican food I’ve had to date.

A different perspective on a slow Wednesday night
We stay in Eden, UT every year. It was my daughter’s birthday and we called ahead to see if the restaurant could accommodate 11 people. We were told they do not take reservations but if we drive over now they would seat us. We stay 3 minutes away. We drove to the restaurant and were told there was no space for us even though there was a table we were looking at that was set for 12 people. We were also told that we could not wait for a table because the kitchen would take an hour to even start cooking our food. When we asked some locals about the experience they said the restaurant is known for not liking children. We were sad to miss the opportunity to eat here because we had 2 kids with us under the age of 2 and everyone else was of drinking and eating age. We ended up at Alpine Pizza and had a wonderful experience. Our bill was over $ 250 and the service was amazing! Thank you Carlos & Harley’s for making us loyal Alpine Pizza patrons.

Really good chicken fajitas. Was also a big fan of the salsa, one of which they served warm. The fish tacos were pretty standard fair.
Overpriced for Mexican food, but the atmosphere has some character. Service was great. I’d give it 3.5 stars.

The hamburger and onion rings were good. The fish taco would have been better if they didn’t put so much sauce on it. I guess you should ask for it grilled and plane. Amy the waitress was awesome and fun. Also they have a green tomatillo sauce that they gave you with chips yummy!

A great place! Finally a good restaurant in the valley! It is a little pricey, but the food is good and the salsas are nice. Love the guacamole!

I’m happy! The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. We drove up here from Roy to try it out because the atmosphere seemed super cool. The pablano sauce was awesome, they have vegetarian options, and if you end up not loving the food there’s a full bar so really how wrong can you get?!

We love this place! Always fresh and always delicious! The drinks are great too. I love the mega burrito with poblano sauce and my husband always enjoys their seafood special that’s usually there on weekends.

Wonderful service & food! I had the veggie enchiladas and they were perfect! I cleaned my whole plate. I loved the three different choices of salsa to start as well-I’m a big salsa lover so it was wonderful. Service was excellent, very friendly wait staff. Food was served right away just like all my favorite Mexican restaurants! Great prices, great service, and great food!

Carlos & Harley’s is such a gem. How does this amazing restaurant exist in the middle of nowhere? No one will ever know. I have been there three times and every visit was a joyful pleasure.
I’ve had the chimichanga, mega burrito, asada street tacos, and bacon jalapeño poppers. All of them were delicious, especially the jalapeño poppers. Their refried beans are off the chain. I’ve always said that if a Mexican restaurant has good beans you can have faith the rest of the food is good. Their salsas are all fantastic especially the verde. Bonus: they have a full bar.
Sam is a phenomenal waitress. Great personality, fast service, knowledgable about the menu, and great taste in music. She’s a bad ass.
I will definitely be back and recommend Carlos & Harley’s to anyone who is interested in a good time and excellent meal in Eden.

I really wanted to like this place, cool bar area but the food was cold and staff were unable to fix it after several attempts… Weird. It was almost like the regular cook was out and someone was just serving up precooked food.

Outstanding surprise… came during a busy time and the owner waited on us himself. The poblano salmon was out of this world! I can’t wait to go back and try C & H again (get that salmon!) Be warned though it gets very busy

This is an awesome spot to refuel after a day at the lake! They have a nice patio where you can relax and enjoy some chips and salsa, a nice cold drink, and some very good Mexican food.
I highly recommend the steak fajitas! These things come out on a sizzling platter and the steak is some amazing cross between roast beef and sirloin… big chunks of juicy steak that falls apart!

Love the vibe here. The perfect chill retreat after a day on the mountain. Agree with Ash that there is a Tex Mex element to the menu, which I like.
They have a huge menu, including Burgers, so need to explore a bit more. It’s hard for me to pass up an enchilada or torta but I will try.
Staff was extra friendly and helpful as well.

This is the only restaurant we eat at in the entire area. Our family has an old farm in Liberty which we visit many times all summer, so we frequent Carlos and Harley’s during that time of year. In fact, we’ve even driven all the way up from Draper just for dinner because we were craving it.
I never order anything but the fajitas because there’s no need. They’re the best fajitas I’ve ever had! We share a full pound, half chicken half steak, but my husband fights me for all steak every time. You know it’s perfectly fresh since they bring it out on a sizzling skillet. The chips and salsa are great and very fresh which is sadly hard to come by these days.
There seem to be a lot of young kids working there, at least in the summertime, who can have a hard time keeping up. But the people are friendly and the food is just amazing. Since we only come in the summers, we never have a hard time getting a table immediately. But I can’t speak to the winter ski season.

We ordered this bowl of cheeses and meat, no idea how to pronounce or spell it but it was yummy! Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere! We will definitely visit this one again.

Stopped in after a bike ride at Snowbasin. Great service and the Mega Burrito with poblano sauce was dope! Looks like a fun place to come hang out and enjoy some good food. Definitely want to come back with my crew!
