Best pizza ever… was here for the first time and super amazing experience. Loved it, you can customize your pizza by choosing various options. Effective service and friendly staff. Looks clean and tidy too. When you eat pizza you can feel the freshness because it was just baked. Will back

I have found my new pizza place! When I walked in the place was very inviting and the staff greeted me as I came up to the counter. I can’t say enough about all 4 of the employees that were there today they helped me figure out what I wanted and even offered me what they thought was best:) The place was clean and organized! I will definitely be back again to try new pizzas:)

It’s Chuck-​E-​Cheese pizza without the ball pit and crying babies. Nice staff – nasty pies. I was offered «magic dust» to improve the flavor, but respectfully declined. The restaurant itself offers a nice atmosphere but it’s a shame the pies are so skeezy, for realz.

GREAT experience from start to finish. Great service and SUPER clean restaurant. My kids and I are all gluten free (my hubs isn’t)– the «pizza artist» was very knowledgeable about what ingredients were safe for us to consume (and she took care to change her gloves AND they have a dedicated GF pizza peel, cutter and other tools– but please know that their marinara sauce is cross-​contaminated as they use the same ladle for both wheat and GF pizza). GF pizza crust was good to great (one of the better ones I’ve had, but still have yet to find a GF crust that rivals a «real» pizza crust, sigh)– toppings were both plentiful AND fresh— I got fresh chicken, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach on garlic and oil and topped with pesto, ‘magic dust’ (a cheese mix) and red pepper flakes– the hubs had a deep dish pepperoni pizza and was happy with it (again not AMAZING but definitely good to great, but then again we used to live in NYC, so we’re massively picky about pizza!) Definitely a place we’ll be back to again and again– as it was fast, clean, good and a nice addition to the western ‘burbs.

Pie Five is clean, modern and the employees are friendly. The options are beyond many of the other pizza line chains, in that they have more side options and deserts. The pizza (thin crust) I had was average and fresh. The cheesy breadstixs were very good. I initially thought they looked under cooked but they were delightful. I tried the marinara sauce with the breadstixs but ultimately I chose to skip it as the sauce wasn’t helping the taste. Being a new business they have some things to work on in the service area but I will return as it is a quickish food experience at a good price.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time hasn’t disappointed me. Build your own is my personal fav because they have so many toppings. But the salad with crisp bowl is yummy — especially with balsamic glaze. The staff at this location have always been friendly and accommodating.

Overall, okay. Pizza was average when hot. Did not reheat well. Friendliness of staff varied from person to person. At worst, staff seemed cold and disinterested. Not sure that I will go back.

Great pizza value. I like the smaller sized personal pizza and Pie Five in Eden Prairie has a great choice of toppings. Add to that a clean restaurant and great customer service, and you have a solid choice for lunch or dinner.
I will be honest that it is not the absolute best pizza I have had in my life, but this is far better that some of the competition.

Super quick service, really good pizza for the price. Plenty of seating which was clean. With how many people eat gluten free, they should take the time to post a note that they’re out of gluten free crust before customers wait in line for 20 minutes though.

We ordered Five Star and High Five pizza, the service was good, food arrive within 10mins, I would want to come back and try their Tuscan chicken pizza

I know they just opened a few weeks ago… but wow!
Garbage piled up and over the can.
All but a few tables were filthy
Food on the floor
Cold pizza
No forks
But the best part? The salad maker who couldn’t figure out how to squirt the dressing from the container and when she did – it squirted across all the ingredients and on the wall-​just missing people in line.
Won’t be back for sure.
Plus – the pizza wasn’t good anyway.

This place has a long way to go. Everything went poorly from start to finish. The ‘pizza artist’ did not listen, or didn’t know the menu. Either way, not good. Pizza itself was decent, but not great. The cheese was hardly melted and the pizza was basically room temp. Isn’t this a fool proof process? Don’t you just put it on the conveyor belt and it takes care of the rest? Well apparently not. I don’t even think there was a manager working either. Which is fine, but when things are going terribly you need someone over 16 around.

Awful! Took 40 minutes to get our pizza. Plus they were out of thick crust. A Very poorly managed restaurant and we will not be back!

Was able to get a spot during their pre-​opening! So came here with a friend to try out this place before the official opening. It’s just like Pieology Pizza or Pizza Studio where you get in a line and choose your crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings or you can choose a pizza from their menu. I chose the athenian pizza and tweaked it. I subbed sausage and bacon instead of chicken. There was a hiccup where they forgot to put in the kalamata olives and feta cheese and when I brought that to their attention they were very quick in getting a new one started for me. Service was fast, and very nice. Pizza was tasty but I wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. I believe they have a great combo meal for around $ 12, otherwise the pizza itself is about $ 7. Plenty of parking available as well.
