Palm Beach Tan

I am giving this salon 2 stars because they have nice beds to use — However, I felt like the sales gal up front was very pushy to make a sale.
I bought a 4 pack of single tans and 1 spray tan which was a promotion they were running. The tans are only active on your account for 9 days (which is unfortunate because I do come back to the area for work), but the price for this package was better than a single spray tan alone.
I turned down her offer to buy a lotion or product for 20% off for my first time purchase, went in my bed tan, and when it was time for my spray tan… She AGAIN tried to upsell me on products and boosters. I declined again when she said she would give me the tan booster for free since it was my first time and she wanted me to like my color. I thought it was a very sweet gesture and we started talking again… Then she asked me for my charge card again so she could charge me for my booster!!! It kind of caught me off guard.
– I ended up paying for my booster that she already mixed for me.
I won’t be returning to this salon again next time I am in town on business.

I brought in the coupon that I printed off for 4 tans for $ 1.00 for new customers. I showed the girl my coupon and before I could ask any questions she gave me a canned tour of the salon and then brought out the price book. She kept pushing me to get a contract and give my credit card number. She was very pushy and rude. I told her I wanted to use my coupon first to try out the salon. She said that the silver bed would be a waste of time and I would not get any color. She again then brought up their other tanning packages and said tell me why you are not interested in these. I told her no thank you and walked out.
If you want to experience rude pushy sales people you can go there if not stay away!
