Slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever been to! The staff is never anything special. I stepped up to order right away, it took over 8 minutes to get my sandwich. Any other jimmy johns I’ve been to they’ve had my sandwich ready before I’m done paying. We’ve ordered for delivery at my work which is literally across the street. One sandwich took over an hour to get to our store. Went through the drive through, they messed up my order by adding something I specifically said I didn’t want die to a food allergy. Completely dissatisfied with this location.

This location is the slowest one I’ve ever been to, Mostly people standing around and I have been given the messiest sandwiches. The last one I got had mayo all over the bun and it was falling apart! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service consistently here. Just picked up my box lunch order for a crew of six. Ordered online, excellent website easy and intuitive. Excellent experience throughout. Staff was friendly and polite. My order was scheduled to be ready between 1:00 and 1:15. I arrived at 1:00 expecting to wait. They were putting the finishing touches on the order and got it to me quickly and pleasantly. A perfect experience. Well done!

Usually love this place, but after my last delivery I won’t be getting food from this location again. There has been a few times where I’ve had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. This last time over an hour. Ridiculous. Now this delivery driver I got was rude as hell. Basically told me my address didn’t exist. I then gave him the building number and he got mad again and told me that he didn’t see that number at all. I went on my balcony and told him I was behind him and on the right and he said with even more attitude, well that doesn’t help me very much.
Sorry jimmy johns but between the wait for food and that ride delivery driver you won’t be getting my business anymore.

my go-​to lunch choice. i don’t feel guilty eating this compared to greasy fast food. i can customize in a million ways. i love that there is delivery for those cold days… or hangover days. better than subway, quizno’s, etc.

This location is the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to! I have no complaints about the quality of the food, but the wait alone has caused me to eat elsewhere. What happened to «freaky fast»? I usually use the drive-​thru, where after actually placing my order, I end up waiting another 5 minutes at the window! And today when I went inside to eat, there were 7 of us waiting for our food (already ordered it) before the first person got theirs. At other locations, more often than not I’m handed my order before I’m even done paying! My assumption is that this location focuses more on delivery orders, but we «in-​person» customers need to eat too! I think I’ll go to Milio’s next time.

Freaky Fast… It is not just a marketing ploy with these guys. Went there with my daughter and by the time we were done ordering we walked to the soda machine and our sandwiches were completed! That is Freaky FAST…
Quality of Food was excellent. All veggies and meats were high quality and fresh.
We continued to watch there efficiency as we sat and ate. They were able move lines of people and a DRIVE THRU line moving all the time.
We were impressed!
