I visited JCP Salon on Flying Cloud after a major disaster of a hair cut by East of Eden. Twyla at JCP was great. She listened to my concerns are was extremely comfortable with the scissors and basically saved the day. She explained every step and was friendly and professional! Kudos to JCP specifically Twyla.

I’ve had 3 full colors with highlights done at JcPenney Salon and every time I was completely thrilled with the results. I have black hair and this last time I had purple highlights and the color has stayed for months without fade! Their products are high quality and the manager Nikki really knows her stuff! She is very professional and knowledgeable about all hair types. I can’t say enough great things about this salon!

I walked in wanting an ombré, the girl that took me back seemed incredibly confused by what I was asking. After a few min. She had another girl come over and help, she too seemed incredibly confused. I ended up leaving and getting nothing done. I went to a different salon, they did exactly what I had suggested the stylist do, which they told me «no it’s not that easy. It’s a much more difficult process.» They didn’t really seem to interested in pleasing me and keeping me as a client.
