Burger King

This place is SLOW!!! Tables were sticky! People were nice but if you want fast food, this is not the place!!!

I was craving a whopper and decided to stop by the local Burger King. after reading the reviews I almost didn’t
all fairness, the service was friendly the service could’ve been faster I waited about eight minutes in the drive-​through. Ultimately I’m happy I went because the food was good.

This place is SORELY in need of remodeling. I’d agree with the slow service comments too. I live less than 2 miles away and have only been here about 4 times in the 6 yrs I’ve lived here. With culvers another 3 minutes away why would I go here?

This BK always gets my order wrong. I live and work closer to it than I do to the one at Hwys 4 & 5 but I’ll go out of my way to go the ⁴⁄₅ location.

Looking at the other reviews, it appears that this Burger King is consistent with poor service and horrible food.
We waited over 15 minutes for our food. There were people everywhere waiting for their orders. Two other people near by asked how long we waited, and when I looked at my receipt I noticed it was over 15 minutes. That’s when I marched up to the counter and shouted to the manager behind the sandwich station that I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes.
She had a deer in the headlights look on her, rushed outside and scribbled on a card that I could come back for a free meal. The initials she placed on the card were ‘AB’.
The sandwiches were cold. The dining room was a mess. This may have been the first day of her day on the job as a manager. If she has been there longer, she needs to go back to BK School.
Two people nearby who had also been waiting for their food found out their order hadn’t been turned in, so they had to wait even longer. When they got their food, they were only offered a free dessert. I told to go back up there and demand more.
If you’re hungry for poor service, stop by this Burger King. They have their heads up their sesame seed buns. Apparently they don’t know that their establishment falls under ‘fast food’. There are so many other places around Eden Prairie, go spend your money somewhere else. On the upside, I lost 10 pounds waiting for my meal.

Horrible slow drive through service, they got my order wrong TWICE… then I had to wait for food in the parking lot… LAME

Suck, didn’t serve fully cooked tendercrisp sandwich. Horrible customer service.

This Burger King has been there since the beginning of the chain. It is pretty standard for a BK.
Bring a jacket in as it always seems to be cold in the dining area.
