We love the food here, especially the chips and all the different salsas. Note that you can buy salsa to take home in containers. This is our go to place at the food count in Eden Prairie Center. They make up the food fresh and the workers are all pleasant. This location is superior to the one at MOA in my opinion.

This place is a real«must-miss»! The chicken enchiladas are as flavorful as the pine sawdust that landed in my mouth when I cut pine slats for my kid’s bunk bed. For what you end up paying you could step up a level and go to Dong Pablo’s. Taco Bowell is a major upgrade from Baja Hol. Just choose free Saltines in food court and water fountain water for a better & free meal.

I agree with Megan L. Salsa bar is solid, good selection, so-so chips and it’s free with your meal. But the meal on the other hand is really sub par. With the lack of choices in Eden Prairie I’ve found myself here a few times, they have ok salads but i usually get them sans, cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Everything here is loaded with condiments and cheese. I had the veg taco’s last time and i couldn’t even finish the last one it was so terrible, they put some weird BBQ sauce on them! total Ick! I didn’t go in here expecting much, but i do expect my meal to be somewhat edible. On a good note: The wait staff is friendly and prompt. They can easily handle large parties too

The only redeeming qualities about this joint are the salsa bar and the fact that Jared Allen is there once a week.
