My American Airlines experience was actually decent in New Orleans. Nothing went wrong.
That’s actually a really sad statement, when the bar is set that low.
None of the staff was particularly friendly or helpful, but they didn’t mess up and they weren’t rude.
I’ve also become accustomed to the cramped, no frills plane experience.

The airport itself is great! It’s local and parking is only $ 5 per day! I do wish there was an option to get food besides a vending machine. Since the flights are through OHare, be prepared for delays. Sometimes it can be multiple hours, so keep that in mind if you have a flight with a connection. But flying to Chicago direct — this is a excellent option!

Never fly to Minn anymore great small airport and very close to downtown EC… it’s the way to go!
