I’m surprised that another patient had such a bad time when I’ve always had very good experiences here. The wait time is fairly long, I will admit, but the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I also had trouble accessing the portal, but when I called the office, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Any concerns I had regarding blood work or birth control have always been answered very thoroughly (although I did have to ask about blood test results instead of having them explained to me; the doctor said it was not a concern or I would have been contacted.) I have recommended this place to many of my friends.

The staff (except for the phlebotomist) was quick and not attentive. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was even seen. Not one staff member explained why the wait was so long and or an apology for sitting there for an hour. Once I saw the doctor I explained my concerns she didn’t really seem interested. I went on to ask for a blood test and her response was. «You don’t need one»! I don’t need a blood test? But there was no response to what my levels are and why I was feeling a certain way! I finally convinced her to have my blood taken. I was told I could view the blood work in my personal portal that I set up within that hour in the waiting room. I tried 5 times on 3 separate occasions to get into that portal and COULD NOT! Each time I called the office for help they sounded annoyed and perturbed for having to help me. I finally asked if the doc can contact me to go over my blood work and the staff member’s response was, verbatim «doctor is on vacation and if this isn’t an emergency she will not be calling you back, you need to call back the office later next week to see if she can speak to you»!!! Isn’t that nice??? Never ever again! One and done! From my original doctor, Dr. Boyle (no longer practices gyno) to this place! It’s like from the sublime to the ridiculous! So sorry to have to write this bad review but it truly was the pits!
