Starbucks

I have gotten 4 cups of coffee here in the past week and a half. Great place to go if you like your $ 4 latte to basically be a cup of warm milk. They are nice but terrible at making coffee. Go to another Starbucks.

Customer service needs a lot of work. Being friendly is ok. But it is unprofessional to make a customer wait more than 2 minutes simply because the two people at the cash regiater are having a personal conversation. Just not cool.

This Starbucks is a great place to go for a relaxing atmosphere and a delicious cup of coffee… staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently tried their chai latte and now I’m hooked on a new tasty beverage! Their baked goods are a great treat too! Also they always get the order right unlike the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts.

First time coming to this location-​I normally go to the Ocean location. There were 3 customers in front of me –from the time I entered till I left it was over a 20min wait-​plus my order was incorrect. I was disappointed as I felt it was a bit long to wait.

I will never go to this location again. The service is terrible and extremely inefficient. I have tried going here many times as it is very convenient for me. There is always chaos and confusion in the drive thru and not to mention most of the baristas are rude and do not even greet you or thank you. The final straw for me was when I went inside the store to avoid the long drive thru line thinking it would be much quicker. I was the only one in line inside, I ordered my drink and waited and waited and waited. Over ten minutes I waited while I just watched them push cups from the drive thru ahead of mine. Finally I told the barista not to bother that I was leaving since I was now late for work. Someone rushed over and quickly made my drink for me but did not offer an apology or explanation as to why people who ordered after me in the drive thru line were getting their drinks first. This place is just irritating and a cause for unnecessary frustration. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Visiting the area and was looking for some good coffee outside of the weak excuse for caffeine in the hotel room. Found this Starbucks nearby and was there at 5:30am. I walk in and ask the one barista «do you have the cold brew?» Then he rattles off something real quick which I didnt catch and ask «excuse me?». He then says «what size?» Funny how he answered my question with skipping and moving to the next question. Ha ha… I guess he had already gotten his dose of coffee! I ordered a venti cold brew and wow that size is kicking me in full gear now.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND– this particular location is awesome. I guess you could say I have become «a regular,» everyone is extremely pleasant! They all greet me by my first name when I walk in/​out for my morning coffee. When I go through the drive-​thru they recognize me and know what I want!

Went to Starbucks drive thru today ⁶⁄₁₁ around 2 pm and ordered my regular Trenta Iced Green Tea with 2 Agaves and the person (couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman) asked me to repeat myself, then told me the total. Upon pulling up to the window, I sat for a few minutes with no attention given to me, then told me total with no smile or greeting from this person. I paid with my Starbucks app and the person didn’t even know how to properly scan the barcode. I was handed my drink and I began to drive off when I heard, «Ma’am, Ma’am!» I was then handed 3 packets of agave. After I had informed this person that these are usually added into my drink for me, I was simply ignored and ended up talking to a window. I use the drive thru for convenience and having to pour these packets into my drink while driving was a huge inconvenience.
My previous experiences with this Starbucks have always been great ones with smiles and greetings. I hope that this person does not stay long at this location because I will not return of that is the case.

Great location, near the Parkway entrance at a major intersection. Staff is efficient and unbelievably friendly. The drive thru lines aren’t as long as they look from the road.

I just wanted to give a shout out to an employee named CJ who works in the drive thru who was incredibly kind and polite.

I usually don’t write review for starbucks, dunkin donuts, etc. However, this place deserves recognition because of the fast service through the drive thru. Also, spent a couple hours here and the service was quick. very friendly here. Plus, since this location is mostly known as a drive thru, the inside was empty. wi-​fi was fast. only thing they need to eliminate is the fly’s that were inside the entire time.

This Starbucks is a nice addition to Eatontown. The other options are convenience stores and Dunkin Donuts. It’s got a drive through too.
Mostly this was my refuge while home for Christmas. The interior has space for maybe 20 and wasn’t usually crowded. Sometimes the tables and surfaces were messy, but I’d still say 4 stars for convenience. Free WiFi worked fine.

I have to say. it was great seeing them build this starbucks right next to the pool store!
So I went to the drive thru to try it out. Now, Likely, it was the moment I came, but I waited longer at the drive thru, after I gave my order, than I have waited on line in person at many other starbucks… so much so, I was about to go out of line line and forget about my coffee… Its not the only one in town!
I will try them again and see if it improves… Oh yea, and my coffee was practically cold as soon as I tried it.

Good old Starbucks. Has a drive-​thru which will be nice during bad weather. Store is very small, so they only carry a limited amount of accessory items
