They came out and did warranty repair work on my Viking range, even though I did not purchase it there. Service was excellent, and customer service (Cheryl) called the next day to follow up. Can’t ask for more.

Haven’t purchased from them but have used for servicing my Subzero. I have to give a shout out to Cheryl who returned all my calls and did a follow up and Paul who is a fabulous and caring repair man. I had questions post repair and they came back free of charge to double check all was well and help answer questions. I can’t help but recommend them highly!

Decided to support a local business by buying a new stove here. Price was great but that’s where it ended. The stove was damaged (side panel bent, I’m guessing by a transportation dolly) and our countertop was gouged during the installation. The following Monday morning a manager was supposed to come look at everything; my wife was going to go to work late so she could meet them. An hour into what would’ve been her workday no one was there. After calling fighting with the rude receptionist two service techs were sent to look at it and bent the panel back somewhat and install the anti-​tip bracket their installers did not put on. By the time it was over she missed a full morning of work. Since then they haven’t returned calls, were dismissive when I visited the store, and have yet to do anything to compensate us for trouble, lost time at work, the damaged countertop, or even replace the panel on the stove. I hate to say it but as of now I’d definitely avoid this business.

I have bought almost every appliance in my house (2 times over) as well as used them for every service I have ever needed. So when my dryer (which I bought from them) broke I called them to fix it. I read up that there is a reset button in the back but figured safer for them to come out. Guy comes out and low and behold it’s the reset button. He is here for less than 10 minutes. When he gives me the bill for $ 250 plus tax I was confused. The service call was $ 125 (which I am happy to pay). He said yes but to fix it was an additional $ 125 which should have been $ 150 but he cut me a break because it didn’t take long. I paid the bill and told him I would take up with the office.
When I called the office the service lady understood (and I think agreed) with my issue and said she’d talk to the boss. After 2 months and 3 calls and me stopping in she said he’d give me $ 50 back. I said that is not the point. He didn’t fix anything… he pushed a button. I asked her to please have her boss call me. About 3 weeks later I got a call from her (not him) that he wouldn’t reimburse me the $ 125 (nor have I yet t receive the $ 50). I do not care about the money… it’s the point… the guy pushed a button. If he would have asked if I wanted him to push it for $ 125 I would have said don’t do it I will push it. I will NEVER purchase/​use Eatontown TV ever again. Tell your friends.

They are the best. I have bought every tv that we own here.
They offer the latest models at a very competitive price.
I have also bought my wolf oven and my washer and dryer and my outdoor weber grill here. The price is a good as everyone else and they match the price if there is a printed sale ad.
There techs who install the products are top notch.
I will never buy an appliance anywhere as long as they continue to keep up there good quality and pricing.

My dryer won’t heat properly. I bought a «non-​returnable» part for it from Eatontown TV on Route 35, that I was assured would fit. It DIDN’T. Never shopping for anything there EVER again. The parts man was sexist (I asked a question, and he turned to my fiancé and answered it) and refused to deal with me, and was just interested in selling me an overpriced refurbished dryer. AGAIN, I will never do any business with this place ever again! They are HORRIBLE!
