We had an excellent experience with the Blinds2go in Eatontown, NJ. Our salesperson, Crystal, was a pleasure to deal with. She helped us with many questions and provided pros & cons for different choices. Also… we used Mike Delaney for the measurements and installation. Mike is one of their recommended installers and he did a terrific job. We would recommend this location and the people we dealt with to anyone.

I am so disappointed I spent $ 1400. The blinds were installed. One didn’t work. Three times it was sent back. THEYSTILLDON’T work. I called the store… no satisfaction. Called customer service… they hung up on me. Be careful of them.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales people regarding the products. They were very careful to point out the pros and cons of each product based on the consumer’s needs. Each time I have ordered an item, it came in within 3 days of placing the order. That’s a major plus.

Sales person wrote the dimensions of my window shades(which were over $ 500 for 2 shades!) backwards, making the width the length measurement and the length as the width. They refused to ‘make good’ on their mistake and insisted that I pay for one shade and they will pay for the other. Why would any reputable company want to punish the customer for their mistake is beyond me. I will never return and I will let my friends and colleagues know how this company conducts their business. Bad show — charging the customer for their mistake with out even an apology. I will be writing a more detailed letter to the president of Blinds to Go, Stephen J. Shiller, headquartered in Kansas City, MO.

I am so impressed with how this corporation stands by their products. We installed Blinds to Go shades throughout our new house 15 years ago. Over the years, we have had an occasional broken cord. We simply drop it off at the store, and within 72 hours it is repaired, good as new, free of charge. This is an amazing benefit of buying with them. I am a very happy customer.

We ordered 9 faux-wood blinds for our Sandy-ravaged home on Friday afternoon, and received the call to pick them up on Sunday afternoon! When we realized we were short 2 blinds and called the store to say so, they located the missing ones and the manager drove them over to our home — herself!- right after work. They were easy to install, although we used screws of our own as they were longer than what the store provided us with. You cannot beat the turnaround time and the customer service!!!
