Clean, convenient and quiet. Better breakfasts than I’ve seen in larger hotels and bonus: free wifi. It is great for people visiting the local area or perhaps people in town for business(fracking?). The rooms are clean and well made, the bathroom is roomy and it resembles other hotels of this style. Perhaps cleaner however, than some I’ve seen. If they can stick to the“newness” and the decent breakfast it will be a good addition to the small town. Downside: no elevator and stairs only on the far side of the hotel. :/also, the front desk girl, bless her heart, seemed confused with the third party usage of Expedia, which is odd since we booked directly through the hotel but their booking company is Expedia. This slowed the check in quite a bit. Honestly, that’s pretty small potatoes for an otherwise good stay.
