Jack In The Box

Well, it’s vaguely simple. The drive thru always in a rush to beat the clock set in the drive thru. Customer service right out the window. And my order not complete.
My stuffed jalapeños should be an order of 7 and was one short. My curly fires were a large order and seem to only get a medium worth. My ice tea, well only tea because it was missing the ice part. Not very satisfied!!!

I moved to eastvale about a year ago, at first this place seemed fine typical fast food joint, but then the drive tru cashiers got worse and worse. I love jack in the box but this place sucks the food always taste like shit the cashiers are all F$@@en deaf I have to repeat my order over and over. today I saw a sign that advertised cherry for a number of drinks so I did but then the retard at the window says they don’t have any cherry lemonade I tell her really so you guys should really take this sign down that says you do, after a brief moment she admits to them selling it and honestly it tasted great I ordered a large and wish I had more but just the thought of dealing with their attitude makes me forget it. I tried going at different times and it’s always the same morning mid day or night they all seem to have something stuck up their ass. like my god who trains these people the owner is lucky it’s backed up by a franchise or I’m sure this place would be out of business.

They forgot my hashbrown and I had to drive back another 7 miles just to get another hashbrown and I asked for a free sand which for my troubles and they said no.

I really don’t like to write bad reviews but the girl that «helped me» was extremely rude. She was not welcoming at all & very sarcastic when I asked her a question. She spoke in only one word responses & seemed like I was bothering her. Every time I go through drive thru, I’m given attitude! My food was made wrong as well & at the window, the workers didn’t even look at me (they just handing me my card & food). I hope this review is seen by management & I hope some changes can be made.

Sad to say that every time we have come here thru the drive thru our order has been cold. I ordered crispy tacos instead they were soggy, also I ordered small fry and I received half a bag of fries service is quick but orders or not right. I would rather it take a little longer and my order come out right I guess that’s why the drive thru is quick because orders are not right. The employees here are not very friendly and they rush you thru the drive thru. I will not be returning to this Jack In the Box as a matter of fact I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

Jonny was a sarcastic jerk to be honest. I couldn’t order the one thing I came here for and he just instead charged me for a bullshit item I didn’t want

So my family and I are new to Eastvale we have only been here since January. We have gone to this Jack in the box a few times. I have to say as of tonight my family and I will never eat here again. We have had not just one but two very bad experiences here in the drive thru. The customer services is lacking in every way possible. The people they have taking orders should not be, they should be cleaning the toilets or cleaning the grease traps not dealing with customers. They have been very rude both times. Not only that the food we have gotten never seems fresh. The bread feels and tastes stale the fries cold and soda watered down. I would rather drive further than go hete again.

Stop by there to dine in and was really surprised it was just like a restaurant great customer service and they bring your food to the table in baskets it’s pretty neat really enjoyed myself

I work nights and many of those nights I am starving so I hit the closest local fast food to my house. The group of kids they have working there are the best! Always have a smile on their faces and know exactly what kind of condiments I like with my food (I always get the usual) Their service is actually a pleasure. Thank you!

I honestly feed bad for being «that customer» right now but I wanted to let everyone reading this know to check the food they hand out to you in the drive thru. I’ve never had a problem with the food being hot and fresh at any Jack in the box except for this one.
I had a really simple order: 5 piece mini cookies and 4 chicken strips with ketchup ;) sounds yummy right?
Well the strips were okay I was able to eat 2 of them but I can tell they weren’t fresh and the cookies were absolutely nasty and hard
They were so stale I couldn’t believe they would serve them to a paying customer. Like I would honestly feel bad feeding those nasty cookies to a homeless person.
I wanted to go back to give them back to the manager who gave them to me just to see if she would eat them but why cause a scene? Anyway I probably won’t come back here again even though it’s literally across the street to my house.

Been here a few times. Once they missed up my order and it’s partially my fault for not checking the bags before leaving. This is not the only chain that messes orders up on occasion.
So why am I giving this place 5-​stars? Well all Jack in the Boxes pretty much tastes the same to me, sometimes the freshness of the fries can make or break an experience. BUT the very last time I came here, I forgot my wallet at the house. I submitted my order at the drive-​thru went up to the window to pay, and oh %^#* no wallet. She gave me the food, smiled at me and said, just pay us the next time you come.
I couldn’t believe my ears. I immediately drove home, got my money (AND LICENSE) and went right back there to pay her. She looked a bit shocked and very pleased to see that I came back.

The food is so yummy. I don’t know if its the healthiest, but I really like their two taco deal. Its been one of my guilty pleasures since I was little. My friend and I used the drive-​thru and they were fast and got our order correct.

Well let’s just say for a fast food joint this one is really nice. Service was nice, food was hot and not sitting around under the lamp. Overall for fast food it was good and the service was really friendly which is the main reason I posted this comment. Most fast food is just a rude/​whatever experience.
BUT it’s a new store so let’s see if it stays this way. That will be the managers responsibility.

I’ve been going to this Jack in the Box since they opened… never inside, but I’m definitely a drive-​thru veteran.
Drive-​thru is fast, efficient, and they always are friendly and polite. Thank you’s and a great attitude every time, no matter how late.
Forget all your previous experiences with Jack’s food. All those bad memories of soggy tacos, wilting lettuce, cold stale fries… this place absolves the sins of all other locations.
Everything is fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience since they opened. It’s a bit embarrassing to be so enthusiastic about fast food, but this Jack in the Box is really that good.
Their curly fries are hot and fresh. The sweet potato fries will burn your mouth if you try to sneak a few before leaving the premises… straight from the fryer and into your mouth.
I’ve never had a bad taco from this place (leftovers will always taste awful, but that’s the nature of deep-​fried tacos). They are always freshly fried and taste every bit as you hope it would.
If it’s late at night and you’re craving for Jack in the Box, this is the jackpot location that won’t disappoint.

The staff here are UNBELIEVABLY RETARDED!!! How do you mess up an order twice in one go? Explains why they work here…

I had received a text since subscribing to their promotional texts for a buy one get one. From what it said in the text, it said for the cashier to key in the promo code. While they honored the coupon, they said it had to be printed out next time, which isn’t true. On top of that, all the food was cold and we got sick from eating it.
Fast forward a year. We get four burgers, and ask for one with no cheese or mayo. All come with cheese and mayo, and the food is cold again.

I don’t normally review fast food places but I literally left this place with a smile on my face, and all I did was go through the drive thru!
I guess the person in front of us caused us a longer wait (I didn’t even really notice) & the lady apologized as soon as we got to our window, had my food ready & gave me a 10% discount on top of everything.
My order was correct & I had no problems when I asked for taco sauces & sour cream.
Great customer service.

Poor customer service. I had a large order for 8 people. They read back what they were handing me as they handed it to me, but when I got home, missing 4 tacos and had one burger that was the wrong burger.
When I called them (951) 735‑2279, they agreed to give me what was missed and my money back. When I got there, «oh we can’t give your money back because I’m not authorized». So my kids are eating without me (except the two that didn’t get their food) and mine is getting cold. Now I’m walking out with what I should have had the first time but didn’t get, and a lie one the phone for my trouble.

I only really take the time to review fast food places for the cream de la cream or the hidden traps of danger in both flavor and experience. This is a new location so it’s clean, well laid out and fairly easy to get in and out of. It’s not located really on the main drag, while it is right on Archibald Ave, it is tucked away in the residential area of Eastvale. So its a nice little find.
The main reason I wanted to review was the drive through service. ON. TOP. OF. IT! They were polite, got my order right, even with my custom order. They asked about upgrades and when I pulled up asked if there were any side sauces they could grab for me while I waited. The friendly girl asked about my experience, thanked me for coming and gave me one of the «Hurry back yawl lines»
The food came out well cooked. Did not seem to be slopped together (I’m sure it was) and not all over the place. Fries fresh and tasty. I’ll swing by here again if I’m around.
