It was my first time shopping at this location, I was very happy with their selection of baby boys clothes. When I entered the store I was greeted and acknowledged by Jessica. I told her I was looking for an outfit for my lil guy and some shoes to match. She pointed out the sale going on and some of their new arrivals. When I checked out she let me know I had a reward to use and I could use my coupon with it!!! I loved all the suggestions and my lil boy looks absolutely adorable in the outfit for pictures! We went into the store to exchange items we received at a baby shower & the two female sales associates had unnecessary attitude. We went in at 3:00 pm on Tuesday March 15th. There weren’t any customers in the store, yet we still felt that they were pushing us to leave as if they were busy. Their managers should coach them on their customer service since I am sure a lot of mothers go into their store to do exchanges for gifts. We planned on shopping for clothes today, but their horrible service made us not want to do any shopping anymore. We’ve experienced great customer service at the Chino Hills location & we will be shopping there going forward.

I love this store I come here often they always have good deals for my little one. I have to agree the staff can be a tad bit cold but they have never been rude to me. The staff always has the store very clean which is a plus very organized never have to look through the clothes which makes shopping that much easier and faster when you have a little baby.

I really like this carters. I’ve been to other locations and they’re extremely messy. This one however, is always neat and the employees are always fixing the clothes. As soon as you walk in they greet you and ask if you need assistance. I typically don’t; but today I was looking for active wear for kids, though they didn’t have any the employee there was kind enough to look for potentials. The majority of the stars that I give them are because it’s clean, they’re nice, and they’re always having great deals! Their door busters are awesome!

Staff is usually rude. Seems like you are bothering them whenever you walk in. Their have been a few exceptions but that is normally the case. Clothes are cute and affordable when on sale.

This location is nice. The store is clean and well maintained. Usually at Carter’s it can get pretty messy with all of the clothing but this store was very neat. They also have a lot of cute clothes and good deals… Most of the other reviewers say the employees are rude. I wouldn’t use the word«rude» They just aren’t bubbly or as talkative as you would expect from retail employees. They seem a little quiet and to themselves.(there is nothing wrong with that, some people are just introverts). but they weren’t rude at all. They welcomed me as I walked in and were helpful when I needed assistance.

After reading previous reviews, I was a bit concerned going in. However, I was greeted warmly and loved how clean and organized the store was. Most clothing stores I go into end up being pretty messy and disorganized. Not here though. I had a couple of question throughout my visit and they were answered promptly and efficiently. The staff were so very helpful without following me around the store. So thankful when my toddler got a bit noisy, no one gave me the evil eye or shooed me out. It’s rare shopping in a kid friendly store. Great deals were had and with some tips on what to expect with boys clothing(first boys due this winter) from Miranda. Previous reviewers must have been having a bad day. Never had the feeling I was inconveniencing anyone or had any issues asking about returns/exchanges. We will be back again, and soon.

I’ve visited this particular Carter’s location about 3 or 4 times and every time I have visited this store, the associates are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. This most recent visit, a woman name Jessica, «helped us» at the check out. Throughout our visit, she did not offer her assistance to see if we were finding everything alright or if we needed help with finding particular sizes. I came to her for assistance twice:(1) I asked her if they had any more sizes in a particular dress, and she simply said«no». She didn’t even bother to check the dress out, and to give her the benefit of the doubt – maybe someone else had already asked her about that dress, but she could have tried to at least check if another store had the dress or if maybe it was available online, or just anything that was more courteous.(2) Next, I asked her if perhaps she knew if more holiday items were coming for winter for the boys collection, and she said«probably not». In both of these interactions she hardly even made eye contact with me and just proceeded to go about her business. I was the only customer in the store at the time, besides one other customer that had already checked out with another associate, so I do not understand why she could not give me a little more attention. I was polite at both times and even my husband noticed the associate’s attitude. Finally at checkout, I had rewards to redeem and a coupon. To my lack of knowledge, I did not know that you could not combine a coupon and carter rewards, which is fine, but the way the associate rejected it, was just simply rude, almost in a condescending manner. To conclude, I was going to order some of these things online, but instead I came to the store to find gifts for several of our nieces because I had a couple of Carter’s rewards to redeem, but it didn’t work out and I received poor customer service. I shop at Carter’s very often and spend at least $ 1,000 annually in the store, it’s very unfortunate that business is turned away due to poor service. I will never be returning to this particular store.

I love the deals and the clothes however the staff is very rude. I had to take back a couple items and purchase a gift and I felt like I was bothering the cashier. She was very sharp and literally threw the returned items behind her to a counter. She continued to give me a bothered attitude as if she really didn’t want to be there. I understand people can have an off day but I was in a good mood until I had to interact with the employee. I probably would of stayed and bought more items but I just wanted to get out of there. I don’t think I will be back to this location.
