I’m done with this place it’s BEYOND filthy and the orders are never right. Apparently being allergic to an ingredient doesn’t matter to them. Food is cold and disgusting. Pop never ever tastes right. I’ve been avoiding this location for about 8 years now I just drive 2 extra miles to the one on MARTIN or 696

Worst McDonald’s ever. How are you going to tell me your system is down, when there’s 2 people at the drive thru?! So stupid, don’t say you’re open ²⁴⁄₇ if you’re not?

We went to this location today and because we had time to kill, we went in. I deepy regret this choice. Not because the staff was slow or rude. They all were very friendly and efficient. It was after we got our food and sat down. The lobby of this particular restaurant is probably the grossest I’ve seen in a very long time. Everywhere I looked there was a mysterious goo stuck to the wall, the window, floor and chairs. It appears that no one has cleaned this place in a very loooong time. We won’t be back.

This is the absolute worst McDonalds to ever exist. I have lived a couple blocks over from this shit hole my entire life. (22 years) I have never once gotten a correct order, it is filthy and the staff is so rude it’s ridiculous!

I had just finished my meal, was in the bathroom when a MANAGER left the stall without washing his hands. Yes, that’s right: the manager took a dump and did not wash his hands. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Wish I could give less than 1 star… This location is filthy. On my way to work I always get a Diet Coke, it’s my caffeine since I don’t drink coffee. This location takes forever, even when no one is in line (drive thru or inside) I’ve came here numerous times now, given it a second, third, fourth chance. I’m done LOL The pop prices always change for a Large Diet Coke, from $ 1.00, $ 1.06, $ 1.37, $ 1.97?! I can’t believe it, and the pop taste disgusting. It literally has a cardboard taste.
My best friend came over with her daughter (3 year old) she stopped here to get a Large Diet Coke and Large UnSweet Tea, even my friend said something about how gross her unsweet tea was, her little girl asked her ‘Yuck, what is that Mom’. I’ll drive out of my way to a different location from now on.

I will NOT return to this location! I literally sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response or greeting! I shouldve known better. The people are never professional anyways.

This McDonald’s has no clue what its doing, very bad. French fries never have salt, the Sprite tastes like Vernors, 80% of the time my order is messed up, iv literally waited in the Drive Thru line after paying for 30 minutes along with waiting a long time meny other times, food is prepared sloppy and greasy most of the time, always running out of certain items on the menu and to top it all off… one time I went there and they had no pennies, so instead of giving me more change back then I should have got, they gave me back less. granted it was only 4 cents but its the pointe. Only reason I keep going back is because I live right new to it. I even called McDonald’s corporate number to complain and they told me they would go out there and check it out and send me coupons but it doesn’t look like they ever went out there and I never received any coupons.

WORST MCDONALDS EVER These people screw up my order every single time. Not exaggerating. Every time. And the run out of stuff all the time. Who the heck runs out of bacon on Sunday by 9 am! This McDonalds does! And these people want $ 15 an hour?!? You can’t remember the sweet and sour or put ice in the glass so you aren’t earning your $ 7.50.

Other reviewers are correct: DO NOT ORDER HERE! This McDonalds has some of the MOST unfriendly staff working the drive-​thru I have ever encountered. 9 out of 10 times they forget something or mess up the order and they are EXTREMELY slow. I live about 10 blocks away and would go somewhere else for «fast food» than ever thinking about returning here. Avoid at all costs!

If you want «fast» food and an accurate order, keep on driving. I’ve lived a block away from this place for 20 years. While I don’t frequent fast food places, it’s close so there was an occasional visit. I don’t think they have ever got my order correct and I know for sure that you can get food at a sit-​down family restaurant faster than a «burger» from here. In all the years of visits, I haven’t noticed one employee who seems to be happy to be there. This place is very, very dirty. Don’t take your kids to play there…

I really don’t even eat fast food anymore, but omg this is the worst McDonalds anyone could ever go to.
It doesn’t matter how many people are in line ahead of you, you could be the only one, at any time of the day or night, and it will still take 15 minutes to get your burger and fries. And it’s probably wrong too.
I’ve had two times where the guy at the window didn’t give me my change back. I had to wait while they recounted the drawer to make sure I wasn’t lying. When I got my change back, they didn’t even offer me anything, like a free drink or small fry or anything. I’ve had many times, and my boyfriend too, where you get to the second window, and they give us the wrong food, and have to ask, again, what we ordered. I really don’t think it’s that hard to press pre-​made buttons on a machine, and then read the screen and make what it tells you.
I have no idea who is managing this location, but they are doing a horrible job. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t noticed or done anything about it.
I really don’t eat McDonalds anymore, but if I have the craving for it, or even just an ice cream, I’ll drive to the little better location that is about 2 miles away. I’ll go that far out of my way, because I will never go to this location again.

They are fast an there food is fresh

If you are an avid reader of my reviews here on Unilocal! (and why shouldn’t you be…), you would know that I only write a review for a fast food joint if something — service, price, extra courteous employees, etc. — stands out REALLY GOOD or REALLY BAD!
The ONE star should be your cue! So this is a typical Mickey D and I have eaten at least 7 or 8 times here before and I NEVER had this experience. When I went through the drive through late one evening, I ordered from their value menu and a CUP OF WATER. When I looked at the display, they charged me TWENTY FIVE CENTS for a f**king cup of WATER! Now I know economy in Michigan is in the dumps but if you are a restaurant owner, wouldn’t you do ANYTHING in your power to keep your edge and have your customers COME BACK to your establishments ESPECIALLY if there is another one JUST LIKE IT less than 5 miles from where you are?
I guess I was visibly upset when I asked the cashier to TAKE THE WATER OFF MY TAB because she, in what COULD have passed as an apology, said that she does not make the rules.
I will NEVER again visit THIS McDonald’s!
