Jets Pizza

What can I say– we love pizza!
We are not far from this Jets location. We have always order delivery and we ordered again last night. Our orders from here have always been perfect.
Last night we ordered the corner pizza and breadsticks– our pizza had all the correct toppings, was cooked perfect. Sometimes you order pizza and get a burnt pizza or not cooked enough. Jets makes it absolutely perfect.
The employees who answer the phones are very friendly and seem to know what they are doing. The Delivery drivers from this location are also very friendly! Make sure ya tip em’

Jet’s is Jet’s, which is great effin’ pizza! Jet Bread is always a must, and the pizza (with the turbo crust) is among the best around. LET’S … GET … JET’S !

Used to be great pizza. Whoever made this pizza at around 7:00 PM on 10/​29/​2015 must have been on drugs. 3 or 4 bare spots on one of the pizzas with nothing on it but bread. Will not be going here anymore.

This Jets is 0.3 miles away from my house. Their pizza is standard. Customer service is seriously lacking. Rude staff will encourage me to explore one of the thousand other pizza options in the world.

I’ve been going to this Jet’s for over 4 years and I have always had wonderful service and GREAT tasting food.

This is the best Jets around. The pizzas are what you’d expect and the delivery is fast. Whenever I’ve gone in for slices they always have them ready.

This Jets location is not great, but okay. Out of about 20 times that we have ordered pick up and delivery from here, they have messed up our order about 6 times. Most of those times they forgot something on the side, such as salad dressing. However, I have had them deliver the wrong pizza twice. My partner is a vegetarian so when they delivered pizza with meat all over it, it was not something we could just pick off. To make matters worse, when I told them about this, they didn’t offer to remake the other pizza that was correct so I would have one warm vegetarian pizza and one cold regular pizza by the time they corrected the matter. Bad customer service.
Otherwise, they are usually pretty good with the orders for pick-​up though their estimated wait time is almost always off. We usually have to wait 15 – 20 minutes longer to pick up orders than they initially advise.

I don’t know what the other reviews are all about, I go here exclusively for my pizza! I love their deep dish with pepperoni!
They are alway nice here, men and women. I just ordered a pizza and the girl looked for a coupon or special for me, without me asking.

My family has been going to this Jets for years. Until recently (after the re-​model) I have not been satisfied with this place on more than one occasion. I assume there is high turnover at this location because the girls who answer the phone orders do not always know the specials going on and have given the wrong information before. There was a special for a medium pizza for $ 5 or $ 6 at one point and the chick on the phone did not even mention this special, so when I went to go pick up the pizza I did order, I saw the poster plastered on the window about this. I was really annoyed when I saw that special, and ended up paying for a small when I could have gotten the better deal for a medium!
I also have noticed that when I pick up a pizza and take it home, it is so hot that the cheese just falls off, and we always end up burning our mouth on the cheese AND the sauce. I have never experienced this at any other pizza joint, so I don’t get what their issue is. Jets overall is good pizza, but I wish they would work the kinks out so I don’t end up permanently taking my business elsewhere.
